My back is always going to do this. I can't do anything. I'm not going to be able to do the things I love." Bouldering is a huge part of my life, so when my back would flare up I would immediately worry that I would not be able to climb anymore or that I would always have to be careful with what I did. The biggest thing that changed for me was the educational side of the program and changing the way I thought about pain. I started to understand my body better and stopped seeing pain as an automatic sign that I needed to stop everything or that something was seriously wrong. I feel a lot more confident in my body now and I have a much better understanding of how to keep moving and doing the things I love. For me this was not just about doing workouts. It was really a lifestyle change and a mindset change in how I move, how I think about pain and how I take care of my body long term.

He spent a full hour going over my running form, pointing out some potential weaknesses and imbalances, and giving me strength exercises to help prevent future injuries. As someone who's never worked with a PT before, I really appreciated how he looked at the bigger picture instead of just focusing on the foot pain. I walked away with a much better understanding of how strength training can complement my running and help me stay healthy long-term. Jason's super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. Definitely recommend him to any endurance athletes (or anyone really) looking to improve their training and stay injury-free.

Sydney is a very organized coach and from our first call together I have felt divinely taken care of. Before pregnancy I had always been relatively fit, but I was struggling to find my way back. I worked with Wayne for three months, and his training program was exactly what I needed to get my groove back. The workouts were effective, challenging, and sustainable. Within those three months, I saw noticeable changes in my strength, fitness, and body composition. More importantly, he helped me rebuild consistency and confidence in exercising again. Fast forward a year, and I'm now in the best shape of my life. People constantly ask me what I did to achieve such a transformation, and working with Wayne was absolutely the catalyst that got me there. Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. I'm so grateful for my work with Shanti. It has been life changing. I wouldn't be able to propel into my next steps in life without the rigor and resilience of our time together.

What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around. If you're ready to take real action and make sustainable, lifelong changes for your health, I can't recommend Shanti enough. She's the real deal

I was genuinely excited to start this program. After investing in countless coaches and courses, I…read morewas ready to finally put an end to all the second-guessing and commit to a plan tailored specifically for me. I enrolled in the self-paced program after doing my research and seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews. In hindsight, not meeting anyone on video beforehand and relying solely on text communication was a mistake on my part. After taking the initial quiz, I guessed my body type and was assigned a coach who shared that same type. I followed the program precisely for six weeks and saw no results after the first week. Only then did I learn I'd been placed in the wrong program for the wrong body type. I was reassigned to one of the founders, who reviewed my case and matched my correct type. Another 2-3 weeks went by with zero progress, even after overhauling my routines yet again. I even paid extra for their Tier 2 service, with no changes or signs of improvement. I did everything that was asked of me: 15,000 steps a day, consistent powerlifting, hydration, structure, and discipline, yet nothing changed. Instead, my lack of progress was attributed to mindset, quantum physics, and somatic blocks. I'm trained in trauma-informed care and have spent years doing deep somatic and therapeutic work. I fully understand the mind-body connection. But when a program cannot deliver results, shifting the responsibility back onto the client feels dismissive and unfair. Ultimately, it felt like the blame was placed on me when my coach no longer knew how to support my case which is exactly why I hired them in the first place. While I appreciate receiving a $750 refund for the Tier 2 upgrade, I am still left having spent $1,500 on a self-paced program that did not work for me. This is simply my experience. Be thoughtful, do your research, and I truly hope your results are better than mine.

I did all of this all while traveling the world. That peace of mind, confidence, and increased self love I now have for myself is freaking invaluable. And I credit all of that to me working with Green Door Life. I lost fat, gained muscle, toned and built my overall body, and even lost cellulite- I didn't even know that was freaking possible, since I've worked to lose my cellulite for the last 15 years!! And, I did all of this while traveling through 8 different countries and living nomadically full time. I've completed the 12 week nutrition group program and some 1:1 coaching, I'm not trying to overstate this in anyway - it has literally changed my life. This isn't a quick fix or some fad, their courses and coaching is revolutionary to your whole life moving forward. The coaching around food and nutrition is expansive not restrictive. They give you the fundamental deep knowledge and psychological support needed in order to make any situation, any country, and basically any restaurant or food navigable for your goals. What I love about their coaching style is they make you self sufficient and empowered. There is no ongoing sales cycle and unlike other coaching programs, they don't make you feel you need them to keep your gains. I have a completely different and loving relationship to my body, the way I view and eat food is informed and fun, and my daily behaviors and internal throughs are so different and aligned for who I am becoming more of each day, and who I want to be, than how I was when I started the program. I highly recommend working with Green Door Life through their different courses and coaching. I am going to do their upcoming Awaken your Cycles and Strength courses as well, because the amount of value and life changing outcomes I get from them and their courses is literally worth 10x the amount they are priced.

Intuitive eating came up in a conversation I was having with a friend of mine. I had never heard of it before but was curious to learn more as she experienced a lot of the same obstacles I had with my body/self-esteem and eating. Curious for a new approach that would exclude dieting and change my view about myself, I did some research on Yelp. If you are looking for the same thing I did, I'm hoping this review can help you in the way that the others helped me. I know this sounds cheesy, but finding Renee changed my life. I started sessions with Renee feeling extremely unconfident in myself and I was convinced that my value was in the way that I looked and the shape of my body. But with every thoughtful session, detailed journaling, and individualized stepping stones, Renee helped me realize that the value in myself is more than just a number on a scale or the size of what I wear. I've been able to focus on so many things now that I am not constantly worrying about how I look. Which, let me tell you, is the best feeling. She helped me look at food in a different way which I will forever be grateful for. I am now able to see food as fuel for my body versus constant carb alarms. I don't feel guilt or sadness for eating pizza or ice cream, which I'm excited about because c'mon, that stuff is so good, right?! I've become more experimental in the foods that I eat while adding more vegetables into my food as I don't see them as the constant enemy anymore. The biggest thing I learned is that intuitive eating is not a "one and done" fix all system. It's not a diet. It's supposed to ebb and flow with your lifestyle and you are constantly going to learn about yourself. But that's the best part, right?! You're gonna still have lows, but you're gonna have a lot more highs. I learned to give myself a break and just take my frustrations as learning experiences for the next time.
