I should had suspected something as there was no physical address listed on their website. I called and one guy picked up to give an address to meet up at. I called a 2nd time which he gave his partner's telephone # and an address. I arrived at the address, 140 Pinery Ave. I saw it is a townhouse complex, not a store. There was also no unit # given to me either. No way I was walking into some strange unknown apartment. They could given me a fake fob key and took my money. Afterwards when and if I came back. They wouldn't be there to be found. I wouldn't trust Keyxperts at all! Be Warned y'all!

Can't do it." I looked up "Locksmiths", found Bee Safe, phoned them and yes, they said, no problem. I found the place, Kingston Rd. on Brock St, and south of Bayly. The owner, whose name I didn't get, was super-helpful and friendly, and showed great confidence when he turned the cut keys over to me. This was good, old-style key cutting, and they were not relying on the computers to produce an image or guide to the key. The two keys were made in less than 5 minutes. The key cutter was positive that these would work, and the both did!! Thank you, Bee Safe, for cutting these keys so efficiently and so effectively ,as all of the newly-cut keys worked!!.

I had initially only sent a photo to Fast Fob as well and while they weren't 100% sure they would be able to either, they were willing to give it a try. However, I had held off on it for a bit thinking it would be impossible and not wanting to waste my time with another copy attempt. A couple of weeks later, Fast Fobs reached out to me to let me know they had successfully copied a similar fob and were fairly confident that mine was doable as well. In fact, they were the only place to follow up with me at all. Really grateful they did because it ended up working! There were a few hiccups along the way (no fault of theirs) but they were more than willing to accommodate and ensure that my fobs worked 100%. Definitely recommend and will be my first choice for any copying in the future! The only thing that would have made it better would be if they made house calls.

The copy didn't work -- worse, it somehow killed both of my original keys. I went back the next day and spent over 6 hours waiting while Philip tried and failed to fix the damage he caused. After wasting my time and causing hundreds of dollars in damage, he had the nerve to refuse a refund -- and then closed the store and walked out. Because of this guy, I had to call another locksmith who charged $350 to get me a working key. And now I'm facing a potential $1100 bill to reprogram my original car keys, all because this business didn't know what they were doing and refused to take accountability. But we will see if they actually honour it or not and I'll be sure to report here and other sites on my experience if it comes to that which i hope it doesn't.
