But make sure you are calling the Ajax Locksmith company with INC. at the end of their name & DON'T BE FOOLED by incompetent scammers who hijack Ajax Locksmith Inc's good name & reputation, like we were. :-( When we moved into our new home, we had already heard from several sources that Ajax Locksmith Inc was the best in town but when we googled to get the number, a paid ad for Locksmith Ajax (the bad company!!) came up first & we called them by mistake. We paid twice as much as we should have to install 6 knock off locks with nonworking keys & deadbolt. The fly by night imposter company didn't return our calls & we discovered the listed local address is actually a Shopper's Drug Mart. When we realized our mistake, we contacted Darren who came right over & repolished the sticky keys at no charge. We decided to have Darren restore the original Weiser sets & rekey them, which he did including adding some missing parts. If we had called him first, he would have just rekeyed them and saved us $600. Darren kindly gave us a price break on his work, knowing we had already overpaid. Ajax Locksmith Inc. deserves their stellar reputation and restored our faith in an honest, expert locksmith with integrity.

Can't do it." I looked up "Locksmiths", found Bee Safe, phoned them and yes, they said, no problem. I found the place, Kingston Rd. on Brock St, and south of Bayly. The owner, whose name I didn't get, was super-helpful and friendly, and showed great confidence when he turned the cut keys over to me. This was good, old-style key cutting, and they were not relying on the computers to produce an image or guide to the key. The two keys were made in less than 5 minutes. The key cutter was positive that these would work, and the both did!! Thank you, Bee Safe, for cutting these keys so efficiently and so effectively ,as all of the newly-cut keys worked!!.

I asked for a quote to replace my current door lock with a smart lock. We agreed on the price so…read morethe technician came to install the lock. He left after installation saying that he is not responsible for setting up. So I was doing it myself. But I had trouble calibrating the lock because the hole in the frame was not big enough so the dead bolt keeps getting stuck in it every time I tried to calibrate the lock. The technician should have known that before he left and if not than he is not qualified to do his job. So he left knowing that I am going to have trouble when I try to calibrate the lock after he left. So I called him He came again next day but asked for more money to fix it. He said that he need to do some fabrication on the frame and it will cost me another 50$. At first I disagreed so he left without doing anything. Now I am stuck with a door without a fully functional door lock. I will have to ask someone else to come and finish the job and of course pay him again. I finally agreed to pay the additional amount to get the job done since I was kind of in a hostage situation with a non functional door lock on my front door. They agreed to send a technician but nobody showed up. So I end up with a unfinished job in spite of paying the agreed amount and also willing to pay more five days after the job was started. Finally I called another locksmith and he did the job for $25. It took him less than 10 mins to finish the job. I hope this review will help someone from not getting in a situation that I am today
