The onus has been on me to inquire re: an ETA though the store committed to following up with me twice, but failed to follow through on its promise. On my most recent visit to the store, the locks had not arrived, and the store could not provide any more information. I asked for a refund and the store refused.

They re-pinned the existing cylinder to a new pattern and made me half a dozen keys for less than half the price of an on-line cylinder purchase. In about 10 minutes.
