Although I had three excellent quotes, I decided to go with Dr Locksmith for several reasons: he had extensive experience, he had thorough knowledge of his product, and his prices were reasonable - not the cheapest, but good value. Moni is the owner of Dr Locksmith. During the quote process, I asked many questions and he replied with thorough and clear answers. In addition, he was aware of the gaps in my knowledge, and even answered questions I should have asked, but did not know enough to ask. That impressed me. For example, I did not know that there were several options for key material - not just the standard plastic key. He normally included the more expensive, all-metal keys in his quotes.
