Because Frank is not only an inspector but also a ASE certified master mechanic, he was able to assess and notice things that other people would've missed. Dealerships are in business to sell you a car and it's up to you to do your due diligence. Dealers will bend the truth as far as they can. We have my wife's 97 year old father living with us and wanted a good used Lexus RX350 that could…read moresupport a scooter lift. We were referred to Scott at this location. What made this transaction so unique was you tell him what you want and he finds suitable vehicles that are at various dealer only auctions, he tells you about each, and then you decide on one and he starts bidding to what he feels is the lowest fair dealer price he can get the car at. Remember, were talking dealer wholesale. He adds his commission and we got a car at thousands less then end user price. We ran a CarFacts check on the RX350 that he found and it was a single car owner with a meticulous service record. While this was really different, we came out way ahead of the game. I would highly recommend you contacting Scott and talking to him. It was a perfect solution and our new car is wonderful.

In the end he and my appraisal person hired had to come up with a price on my totalled STO and his price was far far off the market. He basically priced my car the same as models in the mileage range of 13k-15k while mine had 2400 and was basically brand new and the famous catalog color Blue Laufy that is impossible to find and that is 30k alone. He was disrespectful and knows nothing about exotic cars. All he is is a pawn for geico to keep their spend down. Not fair at all on his appraisal.
