DO NOT use this business!! IT IS A SCAM…read more My husband got in a car accident and contacted them about getting money back on the car. But after talking to Oliver about it, my husband decided he would rather not move forward and made that clear in an email. Months later, we found out from State Farm that this company moved forward with our case WITHOUT our permission. Then, they started calling us like crazy demanding their portion of the payout. We were so confused, and my husband tried to tell Oliver that he never even signed the document and had clearly told him that we did not want to move forward with their services. Their response was hostility. Oliver talked over my husband and threatened to take legal action against us. Horrible.

Overall, just OK. But in good conscious I cannot endorse this company for the following reasons:…read more #1 Bait and Switch When I first contacted this company they were wonderful. They answtered every email promptly and even called me to assure me I was in good hands. I thought I was! But immediately after I signed the documents, POOF! They disappeared like a fart in the wind! No more emails, no more answered phone calls. It was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. I thought it was a scam! #2 Not Transparent They refused to disclose to me the REPORT that detailed the claim. They said it was "proprietary" and I had no right to see it? I paid thousands of dollars to the lawyer and I can't see how the figure was determined? That's BS. How do I know there even was a report? Maybe just a quick no-questions-asked-below-market-settlement to get a quick check? When I kept asking for "proof" of the report or even proof of the claim amount, I was rebuffed. I was left in the dark to hope they got a fair amount. #3 Incompetency The DV claim is suppose to be based on the full damage amount AFTER all the repairs have been considered. They used the first "estimate" of damages in the amount of $14K to make the claim. However, after the final inspection the amount of damage came to $22K! They used the wrong amount just to get a quick settlement, even before the exact amount was know and before the adjuster(s) agreed to the final amount of $22K. If they used the correct amount of $22K instead of the original "estimate", I would have gotten much more. #4 Issuing the check I ended up with a lousy $3,100 (they got $2,000) and they were too cheap to pay to overnight the check. When I asked them to please do so via fedex, I was quoted a price of $200! (someone was getting paid). I chose to put the check in the mail and it finally arrived 5 days later. #5 IN SUMMARY I cannot really endorse or recommend this company for the reasons stated above. I think another company might have gotten me quite a bit more in compensation. Patrick Whalin Tengotodo@aol.com

My wife's 2024 Kia Telluride was rear-ended in Aug 2025 by a USAA-insured driver. After USAA paid…read more$10,000 for repairs, we filed a Diminished Value Claim with USAA. We hired St. Lucie's to provide an accurate and detailed appraisal to support this DVC. USAA initially made a low-ball offer of $1,300. The appraisal from St. Lucie came in at around $6,000 for DV. Unfortunately for us, USAA refused to budge on their original low-ball offer. After USAA refused to negotiate or communicate over several months, armed with St Lucie's appraisal, I filed in small claims court. We didn't want to go this route, but USAA put us in this position. Six weeks after filing, USAA's attorney came back with a reasonable offer of $4,500, which we accepted. We would never have had a chance to receive these additional funds without the backing of this appraisal from St. Lucie. Thank you again, Franklin. I will tell you that Franklin cares deeply and will walk with you on this journey. Franklin answers every phone call and is extremely helpful. My insurance agent said 95% of people filing diminished value claims "roll over" and settle for lowball offers because they don't know how to handle big insurance companies. I say to you, pick up the phone, call St. Lucie, and Franklin will walk you through the entire process and have your back!

A freeway fire recently rendered my Range Rover a total loss. After speaking with my insurance…read morecompany and providing them with photos and videos, I was offered a little over $13,000 for the settlement. I rejected that initial offer and did a little research to see what the vehicle was actually worth. Armed with that information I invoked my Appraisal Clause and contacted St. Lucie Appraisal Company to see if they would represent me. Almost immediately, Franklin Colletta informed me that my vehicle was most likely worth much more than what was being offered but wanted to do some research first: he said it would take approximately one week for the detailed appraisal to come back. When it was all said and done, I ended up with almost $22,000 For my vehicle. if you believe that your vehicle is worth more than what your insurance company is offering you for a total loss, I highly recommend that you contact St. Lucie Appraisal Company before agreeing to anything. I am more than happy with the service that I received and would definitely contact them again if needed.
