Got the Bento C & everything was sooooo fresh! wings were crispy and flavorful, lomo saltado was tender and fries were super crispy, and that pickled cabbage really tied everything together! I don't usually write reviews until I've eaten somewhere a few times, but this is an optimistic 5-star review because I live close to here and I really want them to succeed as I like what I see so far. Food: The rating for food alone would be 4-stars right now. Everything was tasty but the textures were a little off for the char siu and the flavors were a bit off for the Lomo Saltado. Chicken wings were excellent but small (wingletes). Fried rice and garlic noodles were very tasty. The owners are VERY open to feedback right now, including adding new dishes and even cuisine types. I'm a little worried they're a bit too scattered due to the variety of cuisines offered and I hope they find a good balance. Ambiance: Fast food but nicer. It's only a few weeks old so stuff is very clean and new right now. Service: The owners were both there and very enthusiastic and friendly. Huge improvement from the first visit!!! We opted to go inside this time to check out the interior. Very beautiful inside that is quaint and matches the foods vibe. The staff was very friendly from start to finish of our visit. We ordered the orange chicken, lomo saltado, garlic noodles, and fried rice. The orange chicken is consistent and good in flavor. The lomo was also tasty. Fried rice is a must, and the garlic noodles were good, although I prefer more of a sauce to be paired with it versus the oil. This is just a personal preference but i wish they had a standard soda fountain machine like Coca-Cola products, I don't like the current offerings of "stubborn" sodas as they don't quite hit the same when pairing with your meal. With that being said the offering makes sense since the food is fresh made. Went on a Friday night just before 7 and it was so busy. I know they're pretty new still but they need to work on their speed and efficiency especially if they have a drive thru window. I didn't see anyone using the drive thru when we went, and it was still very slow. We were looking forward to this peruvian chinese, asian fusion spot. The food was ok. I wasn't blown away by the taste of the huli huli chicken or the Lomo saltado. To me, they were very salty. My husband's pork cheese katsu had no cheese. The sweet garlic fried chicken was just ok. I'm not sure what the pink sauce was but it helped cut the heavy taste of the meat by mixing it with the rice or dipping the meat into that sauce. The green sauce was for the lomo saltado. That was too salty/spicy and had too much garlic going on, on top of the super garlicky noodles already. I think i had an upset stomach from all the garlic lol. Weren't we also supposed to get a waffle character as part of the bento meal??? Dunno what that is, cuz we didn't. I think that one of the staff handed out something for free to others but we didn't get anything. Another staff went around apologizing for the near 20 to 30 min wait we had before getting our food. She offered us a free soda, but in the end, we still didn't get one. It's cool they do those bento combo boxes with a little bit of everything, but personally, I would've liked it better if they offered customizable bentos, like orange chicken with lomo saltado instead. But honestly, I think with how busy it is, it probably wouldn't work great for them. The boba blueberry milk tea I thought I got, turned out to be a yogurt drink which was good but....that was off-putting because I didn't expect that. The place was quite small. We decided to eat there because it was almost a 30 min drive for us though we live in the area. It's in an area that's super far out from everything else. My husband and I stopped by on Sunday afternoon. The service was amazing! We were greeted by both the front and personally by a friendly guy, who I'm assuming is the manager. He knew we were new so he explained the menu to us. Very helpful. I love how they have a self order kiosk. We find it helpful when we just want to take our time looking through the menu. I was not sure what kind of food they were serving, like others I thought it was going to be Greek but it also said Fusion so I wanted to check it out and see exactly what they were offering here. I used the drive-thru which was an easy option for a busy week day dinner. The drive thru menu has pictures and features appetizers, Bento Boxes and Family meals. I ordered one Bento Box and it was plentiful for my husband and I (we couldn't even finish it). The box was 17 and some change and the presentation was very cool. The garlic noodles were very good, reminded me of Korean ones I have had, the fried rice was made with fresh veggies and egg, the Katsu was probably my favorite and the wings were slightly sweet with a garlic finish very good. Visited on Sat 9/21 around 12:30 pm. We were encouraged by the reviews and supporting a new local business but our experience was not good at all. Firstly, half of the menu(the right side) was not available. Overall impressions is that the place is very clean and inviting for dinein. However, the food was just ok, nothing we ordered was served hot. It was room temperature or cold which was very off putting. The burger and gyro was very messy and not put together well which took away from even thinking about the taste. Came after reading all these 5 star reviews but what a disappointment! Let's just say... price, portion, taste... everything...was blah. The only nice thing I could say about this new place is that the owner is friendly. He greets you, explains the menus and answers questions when asked, and even offers samples for you to try. My husband and I got to sample their orange chicken and kung pao chicken. We ended up ordering other items on the menu lol We ordered their chicken gyro (lamb is not available on the menu yet), huli huli chicken with garlic noodles (medium), and lomo saltado with rice (medium). The gyro looked presentable, but the medium sized orders of huli huli chicken and lomo saltado looked more like a KID'S MENU!!! My husband and I both laughed when we got our food. Gyro: Chicken is so dry. The seasoning is weak. Definitely need to add more sauce. Hummus was rarely applied on the pita. I mean literally nothing. I ate it as a salad minus the pita. The French fries was actually pretty good. Huli Huli Chicken: Some parts of chicken were dry and hard. Sauce was on the sweeter side. Garlic noodles itself was bland. I want to be nice and fair. I would say this place is 5 stars if they are better with the staff being organized. Food was good I did like it! The staff are nice but seemed a little overwhelmed. The staff member that helped us order was sweet. She showed us how to order thru the kiosk so we didn't have to wait in line. So let's get one thing clear, this is not a Greek Restaurant. Almost everyone I know was so excited to try the new Greek place and I'm still not sure why the owner chose this name, but there is a variety of food and what I've had has been pretty good. Dishes range from Hawaiian to Japanese to Chinese to Peruvian. I mainly eat beef so I've only tried the two beef offerings they serve, the Ribeye Beef and Broccoli and the Lomo Saltado. My first time I tried the Beef and Broccoli, mostly because I thought it was the only beef dish. I should have known better, I'm no fan of broccoli or really almost any vegetable, so I didn't care for it too much. I will say this though, if you're familiar with Panda Express, this is not that. It was loaded with meat of a much better quality though it didn't seem like ribeye steak to me. I was expecting something a little thicker though since it was billed as steak, but the flavor was quite good. Overall, if you like a beef broccoli dish, this is definitely next level and you'll enjoy their take on it. On my second and third visits, I had the Lomo Saltado, what I now know is a Peruvian dish featuring tender chunks of of tender, pink in the middle steak in a delicious sauce with a few pieces of onion and tomato and some french fries sprinkled in the dish, not on the side. They also include a small container of what they call Lomo Sauce, a creamy green sauce infused with cilantro. It's quite good also and has a hint of spiciness. The first time I ordered this, I got the large size. I weighed the box and it was nearly one pound. The second time they were out of the large container so they gave me two small containers and the weight was over 24 ounces. The cost was $13.99. I'd say that's absolutely a good deal considering $14 is close to what you'd pay at the store for a pound of quality meat and that's before it's cooked and trimmed of the fat. They are obviously working out the kinks so not sure how much you'll end up getting if you order this dish, but it will definitely be tender and tasty. There is a drive thru where you can place an order and pay cash but inside the restaurant ordering is kiosk only and you must pay with a card. It's very nicely decorated if you're looking for a nice place to dine in and they are definitely going for a more upscale, gourmet dining experience. I definitely recommend giving them a try and hope they are successful. Definitely something a little different for the area, but fear not, they are opening a Mexican restaurant, a coffee shop and a pizza place in the same center soon. After hearing all the positive news of this new restaurant opening in my area, I knew I had to provide my support and give it a try. I had ordered the following: Gyro Ribeye Lomo saltado with noodles Brown sugar boba drink And we got a free soda drink(lemon berry açaí per employee recommendation. I was really wanted to support this business but I was very disappointed with the food and drinks. The gyro ribeye was decent but we had hoped it had offered a lamb option. I can understand that it's a fusion but this didn't feel like a gyro but just a rib eye in a fluffy pita bread. And for the price of almost 10 dollars for one small gyro by itself it doesn't seem to be worth it. The brown sugar boba drink didn't come with boba but with a jelly which I was not a fan off. The boba drink itself felt like was made with heavy cream and it was too sweet. I think the restaurant should offer tapioca balls in the actual boba drink or perhaps have the employees offer to add the jelly inside the drink. The only meal that was good was the lomo saltado. The meat and noodles were very flavorful and would recommend it to someone who wants to give it a try. The portion is a good size meal for one person. When we talked to the employee through the drive through she says we can have a free large drink. She provided us the flavors but didn't really disclose that it was cream soda. So we went with her suggestion and got the lemon berry açaí. Checking our drink, since it felt pretty light, the employee didn't fill our drink even close to the rim. It was a very large cup and only filled half way. I understand it's a free drink but she could've offered us a smaller cup if she couldn't fill the drink all the way to the top or close.
