I found that Mike was competent, efficient and trust worthy. Since this HP is a large printer, Mike would come to pick it up, repair it in a timely manner and then deliver it back to me. This business is a scam. I took my home shredder to have it fixed in June 2019. I called several…read moretimes to see if it was fixed. Each time, the owner said he was not in the office, call me back later. I called back and the owner said he was busy and couldn't tell me about the shredder. This went on and finally, February 2020 I called and the owner said, "I don't know anything about your shredder and anyway, we're not responsible for anything left for more than 90 days. And we've moved." I am so upset, first of all because he never said anything about 90 days when I took the shredder in, and secondly, I called every month to check on the status, and obviously, he never even looked at the shredder. He is not worth a second look. Please be careful before you do any business with this scam artist.

I dropped it off on 7/3 and now it is 8/18 and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY COMPUTER. I can order parts online and have them in 2 days but I guess they can't - for the price I'm paying to have it repaired thee could have sprung for overnight shipping. Poor customer service and obviously poor technicians too.

If there was no $149 one hour minimum for a tech to come to my home, then I wouldn't be as upset. However, there is and it felt a bit like a cash grab. If I ran a business and someone called to explain that they needed some Cat5e cables terminated, a switch, skeleton rack and a few wireless access points, I would give them a heads up if I thought my quote was going to come in anywhere near $7,500 and ask if they still wanted me to come out. Granted, I could probably swap out a decent amount of the enterprise grade equipment on the quote and cut it down a couple thousand, but it would still be outrageous. I would be cautious unless you are alright with potentially throwing $149 down the drain. +1 star because the tech who came to my home to give me a quote was on time, friendly, and professional.

The screen was severely…read moredamaged and we all know how expensive it can get to repair just the screen of an Apple laptop itself. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. Though I hope I don't come across anymore computer related issues, I'll gladly go to Angelo for any computer issues I may come across. I highly recommend everyone to go to Angelo for your computer repair, you won't regret it!

As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.
