The staff was friendly and helpful, it is easy to get in and out, and the prices are great ($55/mo for my unit). They have monthly pest control and while there were a considerable amount of dead bugs in my unit when I opened it up after two years, the important thing is they were dead and none of my stuff was harmed. The manager was so fake and to be honest, she's dealt with this issue before, based on her verbiage. She asked me when was the last time was that I checked on my storage unit, implying that I should be coming every month to check on my unit, per her and the Cooks pest control guy. When you pay such good money at a place, when your stuff is in a climate controlled unit, who would think they would need to come and check on their stuff monthly? Needless to say, a lot of sentimental things we're ruined. As well as brand new furniture, that I trusted would be safe while storing it here. Most of the sites aren't level at all as the property is on a pretty good hill... most sites appear to be too steep to get an RV level without blocked it up quite a bit... I think the spaces toward the back would be better but they were all full... and since they didn't want to give any information on the phone, I decided to pass on this place.
