A risky move considering how long I ended up leaving everything in there undisturbed, but it ended up paying off; everything survived. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is easy to get in and out, and the prices are great ($55/mo for my unit). They have monthly pest control and while there were a considerable amount of dead bugs in my unit when I opened it up after two years, the important thing is they were dead and none of my stuff was harmed. They say they aren't responsible, U-Haul is, U-Haul won't take responsibility, the insurance company won't cover it! Guthries say they only rent out the trucks ( not responsible). Only concern was the on-site manager had the office door locked. Makes me a little nervous about how "secure" it is when the manager is not confident enough to leave the door open on a Saturday in broad daylight.
