When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch... For whatever reason she was let go, or left... The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent's and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc...) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it's location.

These safes are very heavy. I called We Chunk Junk to remove the safes and old exercise equipment. The men showed up on time and hauled everything off. The service was reasonable to me. They kept me informed about their arrival time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove the items slated for disposal, and left my garage, back patio and outside storage closet more organized and orderly than they've been in years. The four young men were professional and friendly, as well as willing to go above and beyond the original job scope by containing then disposing of an old tote transformed by hornets into a giant nest. I'm very disappointed with our latest interaction with Brian and Midsouth. He came out and gave us an estimate on what it would take to pack up and move our things to storage as we're getting ready to sell our house. After the move was all over it was actually double what he quoted us. Now I understand it was just an estimate, and estimates can be off a little bit but his estimate was off by $3000. It wouldn't be so bad except for he sent, I believe, five or six workers. Only two of them worked the entire time they were there. I wish I had gotten the names of the two workers, because they were very hard-working and did not stop the entire time. Whereas the other guys had to be told numerous times to go do something. One was even sitting in the den in a chair on his phone for quite some time. Once we are ready to move into our new home, we will have to get our stuff out of storage. I will have to think long and hard as to whether I will use them again.
