I've never seen anything here on sale or clearance, everything is just full price all the time. Staff is not well informed or trained on Harley products. I asked which weeks would be bike weeks this year and no one knew...had to Google it myself. You would think that the biggest and most busy weeks they have, the staff would know about it. This is the main dealership. They have a few other boutique shops in the area. Average selection of bikes here. Prices were not displayed on bikes leading me to believe that again, they want a premium price. Dealerships that want to move bikes tend to post the prices on the bikes and website, this dealer does neither--it's all "call for a price." When I was here last in September for Fall Bike Week...it was pretty damn weak. There was literally nothing going on at the dealer but a bikini bike wash. No vendors. No special events. Nothing. It's almost as if this dealer has nothing to do with Myrtle Beach Bike Week....I honestly believe it's something the city sets up.

Garren Bare (service advisor) was very professional, he worked with me around my work schedule for the drop off and pick up since this was my daily ride, he kept good communication and transparency and provided an excellent customer service, thank you Garren. I was provided with a full detailed report, with pictures and videos of the problems, and reasonable pricing to fix them all, and indeed they got the job done. I understand BMWs are complicated but I love them (sue me), so if you have this brand make sure to take it to BMW of myrtle beach, they have the knowledge and the right tools for these cars. I purchased a used BMW from them and 2 weeks later it was in the shop for a sound in the right…read morefront end of the vehicle. Of course, they didn't find where the sound was coming from, but they did find that the vehicle had a leaking radiator. So that was fixed but they also found that the weld between the radiator and the bumper was cracked. They said that they would have to replace the part that was welded which was going to cost over $1500. I took it to a welder and had it repaired. They do not have a welded, so they rather replace parts. Which I think is ridiculous! After that being said. After those 2 weeks I had to take the vehicle was back in the shop for another sound on the left side. Which they found and took care of it. It was a small piece of wood stuck in the brake. I left the vehicle there again for another week so they can try to find the same sound that I was previously hearing. They finally found the sound!! The hydraulics shocks needed to be replaced. I would NOT recommend this dealership to purchase a used vehicle from. They do not inspect the vehicles thoroughly before reselling them. As I was told by the sales manager they check to see if the vehicle is safe to drive. They check fluids and change windshield wipers if needed! What a joke!! They don't seem to care if the vehicle isn't sound to resell! I will Never do business with them again! Buyers be a were!!!

Unfortunately, over this time many business changes have occurred. There has been a revolving door of mechanics and some unhinged behavior by another employee. There are some good people still there and I wish them well. Since there are few Indian dealerships in SC, they have enjoyed the local monopoly. But for us, we will travel the extra 45 minutes into NC and buy from Battleship Indian Motorcycle. Buyer beware.
