We were set to arrive early but got dropped off in the wrong spot by or Uber driver. We got help from staff at their own site daycare center and everyone was so friendly and hospitable that a shuttle service was radioed to pick us up and dropped us off in-front of the building where the tour was scheduled -- TOTAL SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY HANDS DOWN! FIRST: We checked in with security upon arrival and received a radio and lanyard. SECOND: We were brought into a room with other guests for an opening movie where we got to hear a bit of back story on the company. Our Tour Host: Evan Hodges was GREAT & Very Informative!!! THIRD: LET THE TOUR BEGAN!!! Saw the Test Kitchen and "the Nest" which is their training center. Got to see Chick-fil-A's History Museum which included old school cars and the Original BAT MOBILE!!! LASTLY: We were guided through Truett's office, saw a Closing Movie and Visited their Gift Shop! It was an unforgettable time that I was honored and grateful to have experienced such a storytelling experience inspired by the life and vision of Chick-fil-A's founder, S. Truett Cathy. Hey everyone, I am a…read morelowly old graduate student and I don't consider myself much of a world traveler. This was my first experience with a travel visa which I could buy at the airport and thus my first experience with a visa company. To be honest, I was horrified of the idea of sending my passport to a company, let alone a person, I had never heard of. However, I could not be more pleased with the experience. First, the price of obtaining a visa to China isn't cheap, but the price offered by travelandvisa was not only the cheapest; it was cheaper than any company by almost 25%. Second, the responsiveness was unprecedented. I called several companies regarding visas and because this service is one typically offered by individuals through a parent company (like a notary) I would have to wait hours for a response, and talk to a unprofessional individual during their lunch hour. With travelandvisa, every time I called, the call was received by a person ready to answer any questions. A PERSON! And believe me, being a hyper-active, paranoid grad student, I called many, many times. I was provided updates throughout the waiting period via email. And on many occasions, rallied emails back-and-forth with questions. Average response time via email, 7 minutes. And finally, the customer service was outstanding. Because I was worried about giving my passport to anyone, I was able to meet the owner, feel out the situation. Further, the company was extremely flexible on picking up and dropping of the passport. Because I didn't want to mail my passport to and from the office (increasing the cost) the owner let me pick the time to drop off and pick up my passport and visa. Something no other company would let me do. I was so pleased, that not only am i writing a review and I will plan on using them again if I ever travel, I told the owner I would pass out their business cards in my department.
