A Terminix inspector entered our property without our knowledge or permission. Terminix did not…read morecontact us in advance of this inspection so we had no way of knowing someone would be coming. We have video of him arriving, doing a partial inspection of the exterior of our house, and departing in the span of just 5 minutes. There is no possible way that he could have done a proper inspection of the full exterior of our house in this time span, especially given his obesity and resulting limited mobility. He then proceeded to falsify the customer signature block of the inspection report with the entry "customer home - no signature taken." To add insult to injury, our last name was also incorrectly spelled. This is completely unsatisfactory and reflects a total lack of integrity on the part of Terminix. We will find a different pest control company that does not have horrible customer service like Terminix does.

We scheduled a spraying for today at My parents's home. They have dementia and are not mobile. We…read morehad to be out of the home for several hours, so we rented a hotel room for the night, rather than Keeping them out all day and returning home late at night. When they didn't show up, my sister called them and asked for their ETA. She was told that they rescheduled and would get back to us with a time next week. My sister explained that this was unacceptable. However she was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. This is unacceptable! We had already paid for the hotel room and could not be refunded. My parents are old and it took a lot of coordination to pack them up for the hotel. My sister said that yesterday, they called to confirm the appointment. They showed no empathy for our situation and didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know they changed the appointment.
