First all I had appointment at 10am she was 25mins late to my eyelash perm....mind you I've never had done before not once did she explain what she would be.doing...she never explained after care for me or my mom who had hers right after me....she walked around with no shoes on bare feet! The service here is amazing! I found this place on Groupon, cost about $50 for a mink full set + a fill! I have only been to one other location for my eye lash extensions and that was a disaster... The inside is very nicely decorated and the recliner chair was super comfortable to the point where I fell asleep the entire time. They open very early for a salon which makes it easier for me to get my eyelashes done and then go to school, since it is located very close to UWB. I would definitely come back here again since they were able to make my short puny Asian lashes look amazing. Plus, mine have been on for 4 weeks without a fill and they still look fantastic! I think this would be a good place for the average person as they put 2-3 fake lashes on each natural lash and really lay it on. But I like the natural look shorter lashes with less lashes, but the Asian employees really don't listen to me and apply their usual. read more

This new place is awesome! The store is beautiful, the chairs compfy and they cover you with a warm blanket. My was wonderful! she did an awesome job and my eyelashes never looked better. She recorded all my sizes and lengths so I would know what I had done and was just a great person to be around. I wish her the best and will refer her to all my family and friends! I've been getting my eyelashes done for the past year, so I'm very picky when it comes to who I see. When my regular lash lady moved, I decided to give this place a try. The store itself is just BEAUTIFUL. The lash room is relaxing and the chairs are so comfortable, I almost fell asleep during the service. I saw Jessica for my appointment and she was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable and was very precise with her work. It's been 2 weeks since I saw her for my fill and I'm still getting compliments on them! Amazing service. Lash technician took her time and make sure each lash for filled. She was so patient and made sure I was comfortable. I usually go to another lash location but because this salon was closer I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! However, they don't give you a lash wand to take home like I'm used to, I don't know if it's because they reuse their wands or if it's just not part of what they do. I will be returning! read more

Started going here about a year ago and in the beginning, I was very happy with my lashes. The last couple of months have been very inconsistent and I keep saying ill give them one more chance... one more change. The last time I went the lady didn't speak much English. I couldn't tell her what I wanted. I paid for volume lashes and she spent 45 minutes. One week later I have a few lashes on each eye. I called the manager Minh and asked if they could make it right. He said they would charge me $20-$40 as if it's my fault that they didn't do my lashes to volume or to last 2-3 weeks. I use to recommend this place to everyone and now, I will not. They do not want to take care of their long-time costumers. Very disappointed! read more

I had two appointment's, the first one was Friday where Mai ( sp) was my technician. I asked for lashes that were full and just touched my brow bone. They ended up touching the middle of my eyebrow. I explained that this was for everyday wear. The lashes look really fake. I was not offered different lengths at this visit. After paying 100+ tip and about 3 hours of stewing, I called back and asked if I could get in the following week to have some trimmed, and/or removed because I can't even wear my glasses. I got another appointment for today, Tuesday. Same technician and this time we discussed some lengths. She had put on 14 in the first time so this time she did 12 in. They look almost the same. I was charged a nominal fee for this. I think the hardest thing to swallow is the fact that the first visit Mai answered the phones while doing my lashes. No relaxation at all and I'm sorry but it's very unprofessional! This time for the touch up she took 5 phone calls, left the room twice to help two separate customers who walked into the shop AND she made 4 personal calls, all while I was sitting in the chair. At one point she turned off the light to go help customers. I paid good money and this experience is by far the worst I've had. I'm beyond frustrated!!!! read more

Q was very sweet and professional, but 75% of the lashes on my left eye came off within 6 days of me getting them, and about 40% of the lashes on my right eye did the same. I did not get them wet for 24 hours like I was told. I did not use makeup remover either. I washed my face like normal with Cetaphil and warm water and I brushed the lashes as well. But they still came off. I will not be coming back as I am jaded about the entire process and the glue they use burns the eyes. read more

I've gotten my lashes filled here twice and they are decent. It lasted a while and are light. I would give them a 5 if they would carry thicker lash options, application is great but the lashes itself are a bit thin, please consider ordering thicker ones read more

I made an appointment for myself at 2 pm and my friend at 2:30 pm. I had to wait 30 minutes to start my appointment but my friend was taken back right when she arrived. Me and my friend asked for the same eye look that they had on their pamphlet, the "My charm" look. Prices vary for different experience levels of lash technicians so I asked which type they were and one technician said they were both "lash artists(intermediate level)". First of all, the looks of the lashes were inconsistent. Second of all, my friend's appointment took half the time of my appointment. When my friend went up to pay, her technician charged her for the most expensive technician level price ("lash master") and did not give her the 10% cash discount when paying with cash. Then when I was finished and went up to pay, the technician who did my lashes charged me for the right price but also did not give me the 10% discount for paying with cash and said "that is only for lash refills not full sets". Clearly they were lying because it said nothing about that in what they advertised but I paid the full $80 anyway because I didn't have time to argue. My friend on the other hand voiced her concern on how she was charged $90 for the same lash look as mine. To that, my lash technician replied, "oh I was just so tired I forgot the price, it actually is $90 but it's okay she can just pay $80". To me, that is absurd. My friend rightfully asked for her money back and thankfully they refunded her. The moral of the visit is, they will try to make you pay more for what you are actually getting. I am giving one star for the actual lashes I got because they are pretty. Customer service is terrible. One lash technician just sat at the front desk watching cartoons on her phone out loud so anyone in the lobby and anybody getting their lashes done in a back room can hear. It seems like they don't even know what they are advertising. They don't know (or pretend not to know) what their prices are, or what types of services they offer. read more

My appointment was to get lashes (from another salon) removed and get a full set. There are several options on their website for types of lashes and different levels of technicians. I will say, the place looks clean and nice. However, they pulled me into a room with another client getting her lashes done. The technician instructed me to sit in a lounge chair which was comfortable. She then began to speak another language to the other technician and began the process without talking to me. After several minutes, I realized that she was an apprentice and being talked through the process of removing my lashes. She initially put the gel pads on and then removed them because she didn't need to have them on yet. It took her over an hour to remove my lashes which I have never experienced before. The main problems were that it was irritating and painful for the removing because the technician was pulling so hard on my lashes that my eyelids were being pulled away from my eyeball. Several times, I felt her use the quick jerking motion to pull lashes off as if she was tweezing my eyebrows. She pulled two real lashes out of my eye and quietly said, "sorry". As a person who already has short and few lashes, it is really sad to have my real lashes be plucked out. During the removal process, she placed her hand on my eye to stabilize. Not my forehead, my EYE! Super uncomfortable. After what seemed like forever, I asked her how many more lashes she had to remove and I didn't get an answer. She continued to talk with the other technician in another language. Two tries later, she said there were still a ton left. So I told them I wasn't feeling well and only wanted to do the removal. I understand, I could have just told them but my eyes were watering so badly I could not have imagined sitting for another two or more hours for her to place a full set. The technician then yelled for the person at the front to come in and remove them which took less time. However, the lady was still chewing her lunch. GROSS! All of which, both technicians did NOT wash their hands or use hand sanitizer in between touching other things and my eyes. Also GROSS! The technician even wiped away some tears with her fingers on my waterline! Every salon is different and my experience may have been a fluke but at least have the decency for not chewing your food close to my ear, not pulling my real eyelashes out, AND make sure your hands are thoroughly cleaned when you are touching someone's eyes. Also, tell your technicians to save their phone calls for when they are on break. read more

Will not be returning. Maybe I just got someone who did not understand me, but I left with lashes that are embarrassingly long and that I will have to go somewhere else to have removed and re-done. Unfortunately I experienced the language barrier issue that others mentioned. I wasn't asked any preferences when I booked or was getting started. When I tried to bring up which of the online options I wanted (180 lashes) she kept getting confused with an $80 option. She asked twice if I wanted "Long or natural". I emphasized I did not want them long and definitely want natural. I even said that in the past I had been given 11 for length. I really wish I had just gone with my gut and not moved forward when I could tell she wasn't understanding what I was saying. My lashes look ridiculous and I am so humiliated to be seen at work tomorrow. Hoping I can get into higher quality salon soon to fix this mess. I can't believe any place would start a full set off with such a long length. read more

I have been going here for a little over 6 months now. First time I went i got my lashes done by a girl that apparently didn't know what she was doing. My lashes kept falling sideways and laying in different directions which made it very uncomfortable. When went if for a fill i had a more experienced gal the minute she looked at my lashes she started huffing and puffing because she said i was the 3rd Client that day she had to put a completely new set on because her coworker doesn't put the lashes on properly. I was thankful for her fixing them and my lashes looked great the months that she had done them. However now She is on leave as well as the other woman that does a good job. On December 29th i went into get my lashes filled and had to go back to the girl that didn't put my lashes on properly in the first place. I had noticed that my lashes were falling out like crazy and were back to laying sideways and poking me in the eye. I called yesterday and explained to them manager what was going on and she said because its had be a week and 4 days since i got my lashes done that they will not fix them and that i had to pay them $130 for a new full set. I told her she was out of her mind, they didn't a bad job on putting on a set of lashes and i am the one that has to pay MORE money to fix their mistake for the SECOND time!! i have heard them do this to multiple clients and I was told by their own employee that several of the girls at the salon aren't licensed. These people are scammers and will take charge people when they aren't doing things properly the first time. I have called and reported them to the health department and i have also contacted the BBB. PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS and get your lashes done somewhere else where they are done by licensed professionals and are done the correct way the first time!! read more
