The doctor straight up told me to do talk therapy and looked me up and down and said to go to the gym and get off of my medication. Ironically enough, I had come to this appointment from the working out at the gym. Guess I am not fit enough according to her standard. If she had asked me a single question about my situation, she would have known I also already do "talk therapy." I was telling my husband my experience as we were walking outside and I think the secretary overheard and sent the Dr. out. She came outside to ask if I had an issue with my experience and when I tried to tell her she told me to leave and offered no apology. I can say as a veteran, I have never had a worse experience at a medical office and would never recommend a fellow veteran go here and support this place. I will be submitting a formal complaint so the VA can reconsider using this facility moving forward.
