This current visit was delayed by almost an hour, and then I sat in the dilation room for another hour. No explanation, apologies, discounts or compensation for the delays. DISCONNECTED DOCTOR with MAJOR ISSUES!!!…read more Lenora left me unattended while I was doing a visual field test. I first started with my right eye, and when I was finished, I had to wait a few minutes b4 another tech showed up to test my left eye. This was concerning and unacceptable. Medical verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior conducted by Dr. Neil Notaroberto, when he told me that I was dropped off at his doorstep. He also got visibly irritated when I asked about AMD & Macular Degeneration. His response was I will get confused, and that I don't have that. His bedside manner is unprofessionally disturbing. My visit was on Tuesday the 16th of May 2023, and as of Wednesday the 17th of May 2023, he is no longer my doctor. The very next day, I notified Eyecare 20/20, of my intentions. He would get 0 stars, if that was an option.

Went in complaining of headaches due to light sensitivity with an initial and a follow-up. At the…read morefollow-up I was still complaining about light sensitivity. During the first visit they did nothing to address that, only said bc I have blue eyes im more sensitive and went on to examine my eye lids. Both visits they wanted to push a $750 procedure not covered by insurance for my eye lids, which had nothing to do with my light sensitivity.
