The person in charge has taken my measurements two or three times and has readjusted the fit of my glasses several times, but I'm still having issues. The focus is off, and when I'm driving, I literally have to move my head all the way down just to see properly. It's extremely frustrating and honestly shouldn't be happening with a new pair of glasses. The price with insurance was good, but unfortunately, the service and results have not been what I expected. I would seriously recommend thinking twice before going here, especially if you need anything more complicated than basic lenses. Maybe they do a better job with simple glasses, but my experience with progressive/Transitions lenses has been very disappointing.

From my own observation it appears that some sales representatives (they may have a fancy name but let's be honest, their primary role is to close sales of frames and lens) may be a bit ATTITUDINAL. So it's critical that you connect with a person that is a good fit for you. I was fortunate to connect with DAVID COSTA, and after several visits to the store and discussions on the phone, I am appreciative that we connected. David is a consummate professional. He knows the technical aspects of fitting someone for lens, and exudes confidence when he "marks" lens for the proper placement on your eyes/ face. Most importantly, his attitude was a great fit for me. He appreciated my unique sense of humor. Followed my endless chatter. And he was calm, patient and willing to spend as much time as needed to show me and my husband dozens of frames, respectfully. He is well spoken, clearly well educated, and a sharp dresser, without overdoing it. His vibe allowed us to select new frames and lens for each of us, replacement new lens in a pair of sunglasses, and new lens in my existing frame. A healthy sale, at least by my budget. The depth and quality of the frames is impressive. Many foreign designed and manufactured. A treat to look through them. Well the front desk staff was beyond rude, not only did they keep confusing my daughters names and I have to make sure my kids had to correct prescription. they do not tell you the cost of anything till you are done! Surprise billing at its finest! Then get mad at the customer because they didn't do their job! Well I got a contact exam and now I call today the guy on the phone said yes you can order daily contacts and they are about $100 a box! I said okay he said I will call you back and he calls back to say oh you are blocked in our system you can't order contacts! So I sent my prescription to 1-800 contacts to order and they said nope you can't get daily's only weekly's! So I call back and a manger finally gets on the phone and acts like someone is lying about contacts and asks what samples did I get I said daily she then said I will call you back when I see what samples u actually got! Then why did the guy earlier offer me daily's to buy ?? So now I have a prescription I can't use! So I paid a ton of money for something I can't use lmao! Highly don't recommend! He told me they have an optician on site to do an eye exam and that they can have your new prescriptions ready same day and in an hour! Well all this sounded amazing and then I had my appointment! The optician I saw was so nice, the service was straight to the point! I left two pairs of glasses and had one more for them to do when I picked up my first two! When I saw what the price was for the three glasses done exactly how I wanted with all the "bells and whistles", I was blown away! One pair of my glasses couldn't be done for the price of the three back in NYC! I can't wait to go back and pick out another frame really soon! Jeff wears the most unique frames and we picked out ones by the same company he wears that we would like for my face! The person I spoke with, who appeared to be the doctor, repeatedly raised his voice, spoke over me, and would not allow me to explain my concern. Consider taking your money somewhere that values its customers and treats them with respect. Based on my experience, once the sale was made, customer service was no longer a priority.
