As someone with naturally curly hair, I'm usually very nervous about letting people touch it because not everyone knows how to work with curls. Salvi completely changed that for me. From the way she gently brushes my hair to the way she applies the color and styles it, you can tell she truly cares about the health of your hair. The Hispanic woman who works there on this past Sunday should be fired. She is rude and has attitude. I was early to my appointment and she said she can't find me and why I'm late. I am early not late. She rolled her eyes and says she found me and couldn't understand because of my accent. I come here every when I'm in Beverly Hills with my boyfriend but that's last time I come here. Go to salon next door. This business is a joke if you need to be able to rely on your appointment time. I had a very important dinner and scheduled a blow dry prior to it. I arrived at the Swan early and they told me they couldn't take me early but they would take me on time. As I was walking around the area they called me to move my appointment even further back by 15 minutes beyond the original scheduled time. Then as I was waiting, it was very clear they wouldn't even be able to keep their commitment to the later time! I had to leave and just figure out my own hair in advance of a very important dinner. I would not recommend this place. The person at the front counter couldn't have cared less. read more

Went in for my blowout and got sent to the salon next door because they overbooked. The guy next door who did my blowout made my bangs really flat and complained that it was because of my haircut. Overall, the style of the blowout was not what I asked for and fell completely flat within hours. I had a DJ gig late on Friday, so I was able to book an appointment via Yelp by messaging. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was REALLY pleased with the results of my hair. Sadly I arrived late, since I was late from a previous appointment, but even though I wasn't able to do the hair wash, my stylist, Ashley Thompson, was able to work with me to spray water on my hair, use a 1 inch curler for my desired look, and also tease it for a bunch of volume. She helped with putting on a lot of spray so that even though we ended around 7ish, my hair was able to look really good after 11pm! I was so happy she was able to accomodate me as I had the last appointment. I'm so grateful for her styling. Thanks! There is a parking lot next to this location, and it's a bit expensive, but the garage charged me $5. If I had more time, I would have tried to find street parking. read more
