At 1:20, I got a voicemail saying they were running behind and would see me at 2. Fine. I still got there at 1:45 and figured I'd just hang out in the AC. I wasn't taken back until 2:20. Normally I wouldn't be that annoyed, but after my first experience, I was already reeling. Then my hair was done and I looked like a poodle. Straight on top and huge and puffy on the bottom. I was already running late, so I just left. I live ONE MILE away. By the time I got home, my hair was completely straight. Not a curl left. I had to recurl my entire head myself before my event. Their location is STUNNING. It's a quiet, tucked away oasis on a side street that's just to the side of the usual chaos on Sunset Blvd. Parking is pretty hard so don't make my mistake and make sure to allot at least 10 min. to find a spot before your appointment. Asia did a really wonderful job. She was detail-oriented and really took her time with my hair instead of rushing. I especially appreciate her commitment to helping me look and feel great before a big presentation I had that next morning (my whole reason for getting the blow out). I was also concerned that, during our phone conversation, the stylist who performed my service falsely represented himself to me as the location manager.
