We were quite pleased with the service of Richard Myatt and his company. What we appreciated most was that he was able to accommodate our problem with our lock on our patio door the same afternoon we called at a reasonable price. He was professional, yet friendly and accommodating. He stayed within the price of what he quoted us and did a thorough job in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this company. read more

Only locksmith I could find open on a Sunday. He came soon after I called and got my door unlocked in less than 5 minutes. Top notch service! Thank you again. read more

Just had all our locks rekeyed by Richard. Very prompt and professional service and a great price. Thanks Richard!

Got the job done, but was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional in the process. Also, the initial estimate was not an honest one. Charged way more for the job after coming up with some cunning verbiage about how what he said on the phone was technically different than what he was there to do. Had he simply been fair and professional, he would have gotten a great review and repeat business. Would not recommend this business. read more

Absolute trash work. I was super nice to him and he was very forgetful, He damaged the three interior knobs by using an electric drill to get them off. He said it was the cost of having them re-keyed. Which I know is not true. I paid him cash before inspecting all 12 locks- I only inspected 5 of 12. so I won't be getting my money back. Do not use him. Now I need new door handles. Oh, and a new bathroom robe. Ewe. read more

Richard saved the day in no time! Was prompt, quick to reply, and great in communication. Had been battling with a jammed door handle for weeks, after I couldn't fix it myself, Richard came and I had a new door handle installed in 30 minutes or less. Saving this guy for future use. The price couldn't be beat either. read more

My daughter locked herself out of her car twice last week. Richard was only sixty dollars to come all the way out to Lincoln, and fast too. The second time my daughter locked herself out it was late at night and he didn't charge her an extra after hours service fee. I now carry card in my wallet. Last time this happened we called another locksmith who literally charges us double. There aren't many honest and trustworthy people out there anymore that you can feel good about about doing business with so I wanted to share. Thank you Richard, from a very tired Mom who reallY appreciated what you did. read more

Richard was great! He responded to my online inquiry about his rates right away. We scheduled him out to my house the following day and he was on time, courteous, did a great job and was really reasonably priced. I have high expectations of communication, and quality and was not disappointed in the least. I highly recommend Richard/Thirty-five dollar Locksmith! Thanks Richard for fixing my doors and locks!! :) read more

Do not use this guy. He will charge you wayyy more then he advertises. He says it's $35 for service. You explain what you need then he says, oh boy that's going to be a lot of work then will raise the price. SO WE AGREED! Then he charged even more. He is all about getting the most money he can out of your pocket. He is not about helping people based on the situation. He is only going to take your money. I would not ever use him. read more

Richard did a great job rekeying two locks at my new home. He accommodated my schedule and was professional. His prices were very reasonable and he got me set up with a better quality lock on my front door. If you need a skilled locksmith, call Richard with "A 35 dollar locksmith". read more

What more can I say? They were friendly and cautious. They were punctual and professional. Great rate for their service!

The guy couldn't pick my doors deadbolt which every locksmith I've ever used could do. Then instead of trying the front doors where there was 2 locks he went the most expensive route to charge me an extra 40$. I was quoted 80$ on the job. When I questioned the other 40$ (120$ now) he said "or how about I just break the key and it stay locked". On top of his lack of skills, unprofessionalism, mannerisms, he was 20 minutes late!! Don't use this business, especially Richard! ‍ read more

Hello, first time getting locked out of our house so we handled business with a guy named Richard and he couldn't get threw our dead bolt door. He DID NOT even attempt to try the other door. The first price was set at $80 and because he couldn't open it he made a key and chose the MOST expensive route. The price has now went up to $120‍. When we questioned about the other 40 he then said "how about I brake the key then and your door can stay locked." SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION HE WAS LATE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! Poor business! read more

Well, first week in my new home and I locked my self out! Thanks for a neighbor who found this service(random) for me. I was given a quote and it sounded fair. It took them almost 45 minutes, tried 3 different methods and finally open this very secure lock. The crew is knowledge and professional and explained the process before they proceed. the final bill was more than I expected and it's fair. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I called at 9pm because I got locked out of my house. He asked me if my neighbors can vouch for me. I said no, I am not going to bug my neighbors at 9pm. I told him I have mortgage papers, drivers license and utility bills showing my address. On top of that, I have pictures of myself all over my house. He still insist on bugging my neighbors. He then basically said f-off and find someone else. I did and I found a professional and courteous locksmith. They didn't give me the same bs this guy did. This isn't the locksmith to call when you're in need. Stay away. read more

Richard was great! He came to my new home a couple of weeks ago and gave me new keys. Then I lost a set over holiday travel and decided I needed to get another set made. He was there within 30 minutes of my call. It's just concerning not knowing where the keys went, but now I feel better about my decision. read more

These guys are great. We accidentally locked our key in our temporary on-site storage container and needed to get it open ASAP. They came down within a half an hour, tried to pick first (as it is less expensive), but that stubborn lock wouldn't budge. So they ended up having to drill. Still a fantastic deal! We would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks Richard! read more

These guys bailed me out! Their prices were as quoted and were very affordable. Would use them again
