Had an amazing time at this restaurant and venue came here to celebrate and shower a cousin of mine who was expecting his first child. The food was top-notch. The staff was on point and paid attention to every detail to execute this baby shower. Can't wait to throw another event here.... not to mention the espresso martini was great. Perfection amazing ambiance as well

The food was fresh and delicious, I will definitely return to have another beef patty and coco bread... The highlight was; it was freshly baked and top quality, the chicken and dumpling soup was also very good, the taste brought me back to that old school from the 70's and 80's when Jamaican restaurants started to get popular across The Bronx, it was great to eat authentic food again... Good luck with your new restaurant!!!

I came in during the morning time, to catch up on some work. There are outlets available, just few but it does work when needed. A lot of seats! The bar seats were available during the day as well, it is a huge space with lots of plants around. It does get very busy here with people catching up both on computers and with other people! I did not try the food so I can't rate that, but I did try the iced Osmanthus Sweet Fermented Latte which was an interesting combination. I tried it with 70% sugar, oat milk and less ice. It did had some rice inside it so the texture def was different every sip, it was well balanced. I'm glad I chose 70% sugar cause if it was full, it would be overpowering. I'd def come here again!

Came here on a Friday night with a few friends after one of them suggested this place, and I was…read morebeyond happy with the food and service! The menu wasn't overwhelming, and there were definitely many amazing options to choose from. We ended up getting the grilled octopus and burrata as starters for our table. The burrata I felt was the most underwhelming dish out of all the ones we had ordered as the bread underneath was toasted to the point that we couldn't really cut it or chew it because it was so crispy/stale and I think I would pass on this dish. The grilled octopus though? Phenomenal. I would highly recommend getting it as an appetizer for the table as the flavours of each component was just amazing and the octopus itself was perfectly seasoned and not overcooked. For entrees, we decided to share 2 pastas and a pizza and they were all amazing as well. I believe the pizza we had ordered was a spicy vodka pizza, and the crust was nice and thin and crispy, but still held up which is what I love! One of the pastas we had ordered was a ragu bolognese which was wonderful, but I think the star of the entrees was the Friday pasta special! It was tortellini in a mushroom cream sauce with lobster and other seafood and I loved how the tortellini's flavour didn't overpower the dish at all. For dessert, we ordered the cannoli cheesecake and the baked apple tart , and the apple tart definitely blew us all away! It was nice and hot on the skillet, and the flavour of the apple filling with the flaky pie/tart pastry was so delicious, especially with a bit of the melting ice cream on top! Overall, I had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend coming here for a date night or even a group dinner!

The service was good "quick" as usual. We were met as we entered the restaurant by a female service however she had a mouth full of food. We ordered the Braised Short Rib and the Chicken Tagine. We received our food within just a few minutes no more than 7-10 minutes. Although there was steam coming off of the couscous the chicken was ice cold. It was obvious that my food had been simply thrown into a microwave. The couscous although hot it was overcooked and mushy. The chicken was warm on the bottom but extremely cold as I cut into it. The Short Rib dish had the same problem. The pasta was steamy hot but the rib was cold. I really don't have a problem eating cold beef, but I can't eat cold chicken. I would have sent my dish back however it was obvious that they weren't going to make a new dish I felt they would have just nuked it longer. If I wanted nuked food I could have picked up a frozen dinner at the grocery store. Go for the wine, not the food.

Our waitress was responsive to whatever we needed. The prices are a little high for the portion size, but the food is great quality. My vinho verde was a nice size pour. My husband loved the Iberian ham here. We both had the garlic shrimp which were very well flavored but unfortunately didn't have even one garlic clove, which was disappointing and there were only 6 shrimp. The olive oil they were in was great though and we dipped our food into it and they were perfectly cooked. The paella is supposed to be for 2-4 people which I can see if you have more tapas but we finished it off. It came with a healthy amount of shrimp, grilled calamari and chorizo and was perfectly seasoned. We also appreciated how the rice was a bit crispy and not mushy. The table next to ours ordered what appeared to be a very good looking fruit cobbler of some kind but we were too stuffed for dessert. They also have a weekday happy hour before 6pm that looks good with deals on booze. Really enjoyed this spot! Conveniently located in the middle of garden city with ample free parking.

We ordered shrimp, steak on the bone, bone marrow, potatoes, polenta, broccolini, shishieto peppers, and paella for dinner to share. We all enjoyed our food. For desserts we got the lemon and blueberry pudding, was delicious. I loved the bread pudding. My grandfather enjoyed his Nutella chocolate.
