We stayed at 1948 2G Boardwalk Dr. I wanted to send a recap of the issues we experienced during our stay at My Vacation Haven. I want to be clear that this message is not about trying to get free money or make a scene. I do very well for myself financially. The problem is simply that this stay completely missed the mark compared to what was advertised and expected. From day one, the problems started immediately. When we arrived, the golf cart was only charged to around thirty percent. We attempted to go to dinner, and during that trip I ended up getting my shorts wet and stained from the condition of the cart. On top of that, the golf cart died on the way back to the house and barely made it home. The following day, we attempted to go to Publix through the gate access provided for guests. Unfortunately, the required access sticker had not been placed on the golf cart by the owner, so we could not get back through the gate. We were basically told to just keep the golf cart on the property and avoid leaving the premises, which defeats one of the main conveniences of staying there. We were also threatened with a one hundred dollar fine for a vehicle parked in front of our residence that did not even belong to us. Then, while riding through town, security stopped us because my infant grandson was sitting in the front seat of the golf cart and informed us that it could result in another one hundred dollar fine. On top of that, the refrigerator stayed around fifty-two degrees for nearly two days before anything was corrected. We lost a large amount of lunch meat and groceries we had purchased for a planned charter fishing trip and had to replace everything out of pocket. The golf cart issues continued throughout the stay and would not hold a charge properly. We had to contact maintenance multiple times because it kept dying. Then, to make matters worse, the Wi-Fi also stopped working entirely. We had four kids in the house with no internet access, which created another major inconvenience during the trip. During our stay, we also became friendly with several neighboring families because we were all traveling with children and socializing with other parents. After speaking with multiple guests, it became clear that we were not the only ones experiencing ongoing issues. The neighbors beside us mentioned that only one out of three televisions in their rental was functioning properly, and one of their golf carts reportedly had a bad bearing going out in it. There were many conversations between families throughout the stay regarding maintenance problems and ongoing frustrations with the properties. One thing that stood out to us was that the review section on My Vacation Haven's website does not appear to reflect the experiences many guests are actually having. However, when looking at outside platforms such as Google and Yelp, there are numerous negative reviews describing similar issues. At the end of the day, it just felt like one issue after another the entire stay. We come on vacation to relax and spend time with family, not spend our trip dealing with maintenance problems, fines, dead batteries, spoiled food, and internet outages. I simply wanted to provide honest feedback because this experience fell far below expectations and really missed the mark. read more

The home and area was absolutely beautiful, but my family chose this property over an ocean view home for the golf cart. We were so excited to ride around town and go everywhere in it! We had a blast the first few days but then unfortunately the sticker expired March 31 and we were unable to use the golf cart April 1-4. I contacted My Vacation Haven multiple times and they never corrected the issue, ignored several of my texts, and never provided resolution. read more

Our vacation was very disappointing and became more work than a vacation. We checked into our unit on Saturday at 4 pm and the problems at our rental began on Sunday evening. We experienced a leak in the kitchen which stemmed from the bunk room bathroom shower. The management company did send maintenance that evening. He was unable to fix the problem and we were advised a plumber needed to come. At this point that shower became unusable. Monday - we had to reach out to the property manager for an update. We did not receive any information until 1:44 pm and at that time we were told that there were no plumbers available that day. At 4 pm we received another call from the property manager that a plumber would arrive the next day and they did not have an ETA. The shower was unable to be used. Tuesday - the property manager did not provide a time for the plumber. We went to the beach and arrived back at our unit to find the plumber cutting the ceiling in the wrong location. He cut the ceiling over the sink. Drywall dust was all over our medications, the coffee maker and our dry goods that were on the counter. We advised him that he cut the wrong spot. He then cut out the ceiling in the correct location. We decided to leave and go to the pool. We arrived back an hour or so later to 2 holes in the kitchen ceiling and even more drywall dust that we had to clean up! We also received no information on if we could use the bathroom again. Once again we had to message the property manager who advised via text the bathroom was usable. Wednesday afternoon - the kitchen begins leaking again as the shower was being used in the bunk room. It was pouring out of one of the lights and the previously cut hole. Again we had to spend time putting out bowls, towels etc as well as having to provide photos and videos to the property manager. The plumber came that evening. He was once again unable to fix the problem and advised us he needed to come back. It was 10 pm. Thursday - we advised the property manager that we would just rather not have access to the shower as we only had 2 more days left and did not want to deal with any more issues with the leak or plumbers. We had already experienced issues and disturbances 4 out of 7 days. This was not a relaxing vacation. It caused a lot of work/follow ups and cleaning on our end. Additionally, we also had cockroach droppings on plates in our kitchen cabinet and a dead cockroach in the kitchen. We experienced this with you guys in 2023 as well, on a much larger level. The back patio was also unusable. The table was flaking and rusted. It had rough edges making it an impossible surface to sit at as well as you couldn't sit around it and eat a meal.The cushions for the chairs were stained. The grill had a hole in the bottom and the shelf is about to fall off. When we arrived home, we emailed the company with the details of our trip. The guest services manager, Megan asked to give them a call and I advised we would only discuss things in writing. She asked what amount we had in mind for compensation for our trip, I responded that we would like our first deposit back. They responded with a $680.61 amount which was way less than our first deposit. We foolishly paid over $3K for this property. I responded and told them the amount they offered to pay was unacceptable and after that Vacation Haven proceeded to ignore our emails and text messages. read more

I made a mistake on meeting dates and discovered it 2 days after deadline to cancel....and 3 days after we made the reservation. My wife called them to see if we could cancel or reschedule. They absolutely refused to budge on anything including a partial refund. They did offer to allow us to cancel with no refund. My wife then asked "so you could rent it again". The rep said "yes". Fortunately, at this stage of life we were able to reschedule some things and made the trip. The unit was nice. It could use a few upgrades. The icemaker did not work and we called them as soon as we noticed it. They sent someone who left a message that there was a problem with the water supply and someone else would need to come. They never did. The check in process uses a text with a link to an email which seems needlessly complicated. We are not frequent travelers, but we travel 5-6 times a year and over our many years have dealt with many vacation management companies. My Vacation Haven could take lessons from them. We will try to avoid them in any future bookings. I gave them a two star since I made a mistake.....and I will make one again. I hope the next person or party is more understanding. Recently, we rented through My Vacation Haven, Miramar Beach, FL. Our unit smelled like fish, and the dryer didn't work. Additionally, the unit had broken doors and spots on furniture. I spoke with 6 different people at My Vacation Haven, including a supervisor named Michelle. None of the representatives apologized for the inconvenience with the exception of the last customer service agent I spoke to, named Regent. In fact, one of the customer service reps suggested I go to the laundromat. I used to live in Destin and have rented many times. I will not go through them again. Not only was the unit not up to par, the staff also missed the mark. We ended our vacation a day early (which never happens at the beach:) After "talking it over as a team," they finally decided they would refund us for the unused night. Things happen. It's how we respond to these things that matter. My Vacation Haven says they "treat guests as family," and "manage your home like we would our home." Based on our experience, we don't want to be in that family. Thankful for Regent, our last customer service rep, who actually apologized and did what she said she would do. read more

Beware. Falsely advertised as luxurious. They have no money and find any way to charge guests a fee. I showed up to a broken door handle and faulty pool siren that wouldnt turn off. maintenance wasnt available to come disconnect it. I disconnect it. Come to find out i now owe $850 bucks for a pool door sensor.... They will find any reason to make an extra buck. read more

My condo at Arial Dunes 1, room 503 was supposed to come with a golf cart. They said it was in the shop and made no effort to provide another. We had to cancel non-refundable excursions due to just one vehicle. They finally responded half way through and offered 35/ night. Golf Carts are at minimum 150/night to rent plus fees. My sister rented a condo in Baytowne Wharf 4th of July week from them and when they got there, the condo was covered in German roaches, she called and sent them pictures. They were suppose to send someone out to spray and never did and chose to ignore the situation, so I'm sure it won't be taken care of and the guests from here on out will have the same issue. read more

We rented 43 Patina Blvd from 7/9-7/12 and it was VERY disappointing with the cleanliness. We asked to see if we could check in before 4:00 CST but were denied because they needed time to do their "high standards" cleaning . I was happy to hear that because having a clean place for my family is a big concern for me. Well, we got there at 2:00, looked in the house and saw trash, towels, etc all over the floor. We figured the cleaning crews were cleaning so we left to go to the beach. We came back at 4:00 and the cleaning crews showed up at 4:10 CST!!! They were done cleaning by 4:30 and left. 3 people cleaned the whole house in 20 mins!!! When I went to check, there were hairs in every bed. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Do NOT rent from My Vacation Haven period. We (retired couple) rented Westwinds 4806 through My Vacation Haven. The condo was fine except the air was not working. The rental process, accessing the unit and getting major equipment fixed was just a nightmare. Completed all rental agreements (including a photo of myself and driver license) and they immediately accepted full payment. They followed up later with an email (no information on who was contacting me - just a short sentence) demanding I take a LIVE photo selfie on my phone and attach it to the rental agreement or they will cancel my reservation. As ridiculous as that sounds, I replied with LIVE selfie to their email. They replied (still no contact info - just a short sentence) that I had to redo the Rental Agreement, with new photos of my drivers license and the new LIVE selfie or they will cancel. I did it.. I then was informed on the day of arrival that I had to take a another LIVE selfie with my phone in front of my rental unit that shows the unit number - BEFORE they would send me the code to open the door. I pull up to the gate that lets on you the property and I don't of course have to code to get in so that I could take a LIVE selfie in front of the rental unit's door. I hold up traffic waiting on them to reply via text. Unbelievable. read more

Absolutely the worst vacation experience I have ever had! My family and I take a trip every year to Destin and have stayed at Westwinds for the past 5-6 years, and have used My Vacation Haven almost every time. We booked a 4 day trip, this year for my sons birthday, and had nothing but problems. I called/text the rental company 21 times to resolve door code issues, water being shut off every time we tried to get in the showers, use the bathroom, or brush our teeth, the water would be off, this lasted up till our 3rd day there. Continued to have trouble with door codes and would be locked out every time we came or went somewhere, although the supervisor basically called me a liar and said the code worked for her when she came, while I was out, but I didn't hear from her or receive a call until we were on our way back home. I ask to speak to a supervisor for 4 days and did not hear from one until I was on my way home and was told by a very rude customer service rep that a supervisor would contact me when she had time. The only reason they called then was to tell me I owed a $750 cleaning fee due to smoking in the room. NO ONE IN OUR UNIT SMOKES. She then said it was marijuana smoke and not cigarettes, because she is very familiar with the smell and she smelled it on the 2nd day we were there but didn't want to interrupt our vacation. IF she thinks that she smelled it, why did she not address it then and why did she not ever return my call or speak to me if she was around like I repeatedly ask??? NO ONE IN OUR UNIT SMOKES ANYTHING. I felt like they tried to steal money from me, because I left a bad review due to the door code and water issues and failure from the manager to return my calls. I also ask for compensation for my trouble since 3 days of my "relaxing vacation" was ruined due to all the issues we had. Thankfully I was smart enough to stop on the side of the road and call my bank to put a stop to them taking any money, but they had already did a test run to see if they could debit and got me for $50, and tried to return to get $700 more. The supervisor that finally returned my call on my drive home, even told me that carpets had to be cleaned although there was NO carpet what so ever in the entire condo. I also reminded her that we had reported how nasty the tile floors were on our first day, but no one called us back to clean them until our 3rd day there and I just told them not to worry about it. I would have actually swept it myself, but there was no broom or mop in the unit either. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They have definitely lost my business and I will be sure everyone knows how they treat their customers who pay close to $2000 to stay in one of their condos. DO BETTER! I have tried to go on their website and leave a review but they denied it and said I would need to edit my review for it to be published, imagine that. You have been warned, they will take your money and claim you violated your contract. Take that chance if you want to! read more

Rented a house in Destin through My Vacation Haven for Thanksgiving week. Ended up with a moldy washer machine, cockroaches, and a fridge and ice maker that needed filters and to be serviced. Customer service was abysmal, and failed to respond in a timely fashion. Ended up at a local laundromat the day before Thanksgiving so the family would have clean clothes. Had to call repeatedly for someone to deliver clean towels since washer was not useable. Saw cockroaches every day. Tried to speak with management about a refund after our trip, and seemed like they were reading from a script with canned responses. Ended up getting around only 10% of our total cost back. If you are looking to take a family trip and end up with a lot of headaches and time wasted on the phone, book your trip today. Not recommended! read more

My rental income was about a fourth of what they projected but while talking with two different neighbors they both said it was rented a lot. I had a no pet rule but now I have to replace my carpet because of pet stain. my hard wood floors look like someone poured fingernail polish remover on them and my sofa is covered with pink finger nail polish. This place was horrible. The floors were disgusting, the golf cart only worked half the time, the window sills had rotting wood with huge holes, the dryer didn't have a hose attachment to the release, so when we used the dryer, the upstairs got up to near 90 degrees, which was horrible with a toddler that needed to nap. Everytime it rained the downstairs living room would get a huge puddle from the rain hitting against the back door. It suck's to spend over 3 grand on a place for your family to enjoy a nice get away and you end up at a place like this. They refunded me 125 though which was another slap in the face. A company that doesn't want to give you any of your money back even though we had all those issues. That was our first vacations with our daughter and that's what we had to deal with. Drying floors with our towels from it puddling everytime it rained. I don't understand how company's like this can feel good about doing this stuff to people. You care so much about profit and money that greed takes over and you screw people over like this. Two hours before we arrived, they told us they double-booked us so we had no place to stay. While, they found a property for us to stay that one night, we had to be out by 10am on the dot and then reload all our things again into the original condo and not allowed to check in until 4pm. It was a nightmare. We missed half of our beach day and were homeless for hours - they had no sympathy for my autoimmune health issues. I expected a full refund for that first night, but instead, (and after almost two weeks of calling and them avoiding the situation), they just gave us a tiny discounted rate. They wouldn't even consider a refund for just that one night. One lady I talked to said they would resolve the situation because "that's not how we do business," but they wouldn't take responsibility in the end. read more

We just finished up a 5 night stay at 2442 Bungalo Ln in San Destin golf and beach resort. Everything started out amazing! Bungalow was clean and comfortable with pretty much everything we needed. It did not have the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that we were told would be there but that was okay. We made do without! The reason for my 2 star review is because when we booked this rental one of our most important amenities to have was the 6 seater golf cart. It was the reason we chose this particular property over others. The golf cart at the rental worked on our arrival day and the day after. On our 2nd morning there someone came to repair a tire on it (already damaged and planned the repair before our arrival) and after that the golf cart never worked again. We called for 3 days straight telling them it wasn't working. First they said it's the battery and instructed us to charge over night (which we already had). We did that, again, and still did not work. So that was day 2 without transportation. I spent so much time on the phone with my vacation haven regarding the golf cart and never had resolution. At one point they told me the golf cart was simply an amenity and that I needed to use the tram for my transportation. We are a family on the go constantly so the tram that you have to walk to and wait 30-45 minutes for, every time you need transportation wasn't working for us. On our last day at the rental, and after just telling us to charge it over and over, I went on a Facebook group for bintelli golf carts and searched the code 63 that the screen was showing and determined there was a communication issue with the motor and controller. They dug deeper into the problem and finally determined something needed to be repaired by the vendor and so they brought us a very old 4 seater golf cart at 1pm on our last day there. which was better than nothing but still did not accommodate our whole family. Thankfully our friends rental had 2 carts so they were able to give us a ride everywhere we needed to go throughout the week. We went 3 1/2 out of 5 days without the golf cart which, if you've ever stayed at San Destin, you know how important it is to have these carts when you don't have a vehicle. Other than that everything else was great but like I said 2 stars because that impacted our vacation significantly. read more

My step daughter booked with this company for our annual summer trip. The property was in a lovely spot and I'm sure the owners believe that it is being well managed and cared for, but that is most certainly not the case. We arrived and were told that we could not check in until 2 hours past our agreed upon time because it wasn't cleaned. Because of that we had no idea what was in the condo and what wasn't so we ended up over buying on several items. When we arrived there was sand everywhere, the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned - dishes still in the dishwasher, coffee in the coffee pot and a filthy microwave. Additionally the bathrooms were filthy - a ton of hair everywhere (drawers, floors, shower) and someone's pills in one of the drawers. There were pictures that needed to be reset on the wall - they were literally falling off - and sand everywhere. And the mattresses in this unit totally need to be replaced. The furnishings are very, very tired. When we called to complain they were apologetic and refunded our cleaning fee, but then, on our check out date the cleaners arrived and were knocking at 8:00 a.m. and when we were not out exactly at 10:00 a.m. the management company was calling and threatening to charge us another day. Just so very, very ugly. Many, many phone calls were made during the week and they just didn't respond. Really disappointing for the amount of money that we spent. Additionally there was absolutely no information in the unit about the resort. NOTHING. Just kind of had to try to figure things out as we could. read more

We recently stayed in a condo rented through My Vacation Haven in Sandestin for the month of January and had a wonderful time. The condo had a couple problems while we were there and My Vacation Haven was very helpful and kept us informed of what they would be doing to remedy the situation. One of our problems was more to do with the HOA for the condos but My Vacation Haven still answered all of our questions and always answered whenever we called. We have already booked through them for next January and can't wait to get back. We want to thank them for all their help and look forward to seeing them next year. Great staff, Great service. Recommend avoiding this company. We will not be staying at any properties managed by My Vacation Haven. We arrive to a very dirty house with mold and mildew growing in the shower. The property management company was contacted and told me they would send someone out the following day initially, but then stopped replying about this issue and no one ever came to re-clean the house. I ended up having to clean the house myself. It took 2 days for a Wi-Fi issue to be resolved. We were then charged for golf cart damages which we were not responsible for. We love the area Flipper Retreat is in and the house is a nice space but my family will not be staying here again. It's a shame a nice house like this is being so poorly managed. The 'luxury' condo as described looked more like a Motel 6 and My Vacation Haven would have nothing to do with me to resolve the issue. Very bad experience with My Vacation Haven, while there, the microwave went out, 2 days later the Hot water heater didn't work, next the power went out, the golf cart wouldn't charge, the clothes dryer stopped working. The rental was not fit to be rented out especially for a month. Big roaches were crawling up the bed skirt. Probably, the most stressful vacation in the 20 years of renting a house in Destin, Fl. The management company offered no fair compensation for their unfit rental property. There are many other Rental Companies that are much better there, I would not use My vacation Haven !!! This company should not be renting out until they can be responsible for their negligence. Neglected properties can cause at lot of anxiety on your relaxing vacation. read more

Our February stay in 4847 Westwinds could not have been better and we're sure this unit must be the best place to stay in all of Sandestin. The beauty, care and condition of everything is exceptional. Love that the entire unit is tile, not icky carpet, and ALL bedding is cotton-fresh and clean rather than velvety or slippery and old. Plantation shutters are another bonus and no shower door is smart and clean. I enjoyed walking down AND up all 21 floors multiple times. Other than we're sorry we didn't hear from My Vacation Haven about a return visit next year, it was perfection at its best! Sent from my iPhone read more

I was super nice about an issue we had here in our Sandestin rental...... there solution was to HANG UP ON ME ---multiple times. We will NEVER rent from them again. I never leave reviews but I have to. I stayed recently with vacation haven in the Hilton sandestin area. When I arrived to my room it smelled of ciagarette smoke (non smoking room), there was a tremendous amount of BLACK MOLD in the shower. The room reeked of smoke & mold. Contacted the company. My allergies were terrible the whole time. I woke up and could hardly breathe. Someone didn't come out until the next day late morning. The air filter was completely covered in dust. The dryer didn't work. The dishwasher made a screaming loud noise. I told management about all of my issues. They were very slow to respond and said I would be compensated for the uncleanliness of the room. I'm still awaiting that. I'll update this if I receive compensation. The bed was also the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, and the plugs are so worn out that charges don't stay in the wall. Now this was a high end area in a high end condominium that I paid a significant price for. I will never recommend this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We booked a vacation rental that had a golf cart because my daughter has special needs and can't walk far distances. After booking, there was zero communication. We had to call multiple times for them to send us the rental agreement. We arrived and couldn't get in because they hadn't sent the door code and wouldn't respond to our attempts to message them. We finally got someone on the phone after an extended wait and they told us the code. There was no instructions in the rental and we couldn't figure out how to access the golf cart. So, we again had to call the company only to be told the golf cart was unavailable. It had been in the shop for a week before we made our reservation. They admitted they had "mistakenly forgotten to tell us the golf cart wasn't available". The company basically said "sorry, but you can't cancel because you have already checked in". When I asked to speak to a manager, the representative that I spoke to, Jeremy, told me that I couldn't speak to anyone but him. They rented the property by falsely advertising amenities they knew weren't available, communication was terrible and customer service was awful. I will never stay at one of these properties again, and I don't advise anyone else to either. read more

1 star - for the tiny fraction of refund I received, not even equivalent to a 1-night stay. The list of what went wrong with this experience was endless and the lack of customer service and proper communication was appalling. We chose this rental because we were coming as a family of 12 (with three babies) and the size and location of the house was perfect. We arrived two hours after check-in and couldn't get into the house because cleaners were still cleaning. The pool was one of the worst I've seen, as it was green and filthy. The pool deck area was dirty and disgusting. Also, the upstairs was above 80 degrees and getting hotter by the minute. Upon first glance, we realized the house was NOT clean. The floors were filthy (our feet were black from walking on the floors the first night), bathtub had hair, stains on the walls, furniture stained, etc. We immediately called and was told the AC guy would be there shortly. Over 2 hours and 2 more phone calls later, he finally showed up and indicated the unit was in poor shape, but he'd do his best to fix it. The pool guys showed up mid-day the next day and made some attempt to clean the pool, but it was still unacceptable. They told us they would return but never did and the pool remained green. The pans were so bad we could not cook in them. We had to buy pans just to be able to cook. The kitchen refrigerator icemaker clogged up and then spewed ice all over the kitchen floor (numerous times). There was a mini kitchen in one of the bedrooms, but the refrigerator did not work at all. I could keep going with the problems we encountered. I made numerous phone calls, sent pictures and even visited the office to complain. When I asked for a call on the second day, I never received one. AWFUL SERVIC, NO HOT WATER, FRIDGE LEAKED, and ROACHES! This place was a awful vacation experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY me and my family booked this vacation in September and was arriving in February. With us arriving in February I made sure to tell them we wanted a heated pool. No one ever responded to me until JANUARY confirming with me that I wanted a heated pool. we get there the pool is not heated.. I called to see what was going on and they said "oh someone must have not put down that you wanted it heated"... when I said I wanted it heated!! someone came out and fixed it right away which I was grateful for. since it would take 24hrs for the pool to heat and we had just gotten off a 9 hr car ride we were all tired and ready for a shower later in the night.. we soon come to realize the place has no hot water! So I call AGAIN to tell them there is no hot water and 3 of our tvs do not work, things were broken when we arrived and cigarettes were left behind by the prior people .. they tell me no one can come out until the next day and they're sorry... so the next day rolls around and no one comes until 3PM!! so day 3 comes around and now the fridge has started leaking.. I called to tell them and they didn't even bother having anyone come out.. finally after 4 of our 5 days were spent dealing with this hell hole I asked for a partial refund since 80% of my vacation was spent talking to them on the phone trying to get these people to do their job that should have already been done. THEY IGNORED ME!!! said they would have a manager call me and no manager ever called me. I even texted their number you can text to try to contact them and again was ignored. Our last night rolled around and we had a ROACH running around in the house!! I didn't even bother reporting that but took pictures because clearly they don't give two sh *ts about us or anyone who is staying there to respond to me and my issues why waste my 5/5 days on the phone with them when I already spent 4/5 days talking to these people. To be honest, I thought the stay went ok. I could not get a response when I asked what the WiFi password was, but I let it go. We left a 5 star review on VRBO and the owners left us a 5 Star review as well. ALMOST THREE WEEKS AFTER WE CHECKED OUT, I get two $80 charges on my credit card for damages. When I asked, they sent us pictures of dirty chairs we did not sit in, scuffs by the stairs and a chipped coffee cup. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Very nice stay in Destin over Christmas. Stayed at 4468 Ocean View. Home was clean and in great condition, and very close to the beach.

We rented from My Vacation Haven for our family vacation this year. We stayed at 1870 Villa Lago. We have been coming to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for the last 20 years and have never had an experience like this. The condo itself is nice but beware of the GIANT palmetto bugs....they are EVERYWHERE. We have found then upstairs, downstairs, and even in the shower. We emailed numerous times and called to complain. We were told they would send someone out, but never did. We purposefully rented this particular unit for the 2 golf carts and 4 bikes. However, one of the golf carts only goes 10 mph and 2 of the bikes had flat tires. Also, forget cooking on the stove. 100s of dollars of food wasted because there are no directions on how to use the induction stove. Again we emailed and called and never received a response on how to work it. Finally, watch your credit card on file because they will nickel and dime you with no warning. Below is the picture of our tire skimming the grass. We woke up to a text saying they charged our card $125 for parking on the grass. When we went to complain we were told they would not remove the charge. The app that they use states to park in designated parking or they will charge $100. Had no idea your tire couldn't be an inch on the grass. When questioned why the extra $25 they said it was another fee but nowhere is the extra $25 even authorized. Needless to say we will NEVER use my vacation Haven for our rentals again. read more
