I feel wonderful and look great. I've been on maintenance for about 2 months have gained no weight! I pretty much stick to low carb and no sugar unless I'm at a function. I only eat berries for fruit and maybe a piece of whole grain toast at breakfast. I still buy some of their foods because I choose too. My cholesterol went from 240 to 133. My neighbor had lost over 70 pounds on 3010, so my wife and I decided to sign up. In ten weeks I lost 34 pounds and I couldn't be happier. My visceral fat went from 14 to 5, my body fat % from 29.7 to 17% and I dropped nearly 35 inches in overall measurements. There is no better feeling than donating all of your clothes and buying the sizes you wore in high school. I've also move my BP & Cholesterol from danger zones to healthy levels in just a few months. Many people will tell you that this program is expensive but I disagree. First, 80% of your calories will come from food they provide to you, but you are also gaining access to their state of the art scale and weekly coaching sessions. The accountability they provide is the key, even if it doesn't feel great when you hear it. Over the past decade, my family spent nearly $12,000 on a YMCA membership. My wife (who's also a nurse at a different Swedish facility) asked my nurse to call pharmacy and expedite verifying my pain meds but the nurse sarcastically responded "Congratulations, you're a nurse!" Refusing to call pharmacy, and said "We can all hear him screaming..trust me". There were three nurses sitting at the nurses station periodically giggling and looking at their phones when my wife made the request. However the doctor- Casey M Krebs was by far the worst part of my visit. She seemed incapable of creating a care plan and didn't show any urgency. She seemed more focused on pacifying us for the moment and quickly leaving the room than actually helping us understand our options or initiating the process of me transferring to a hospital with urology. We were still asking her questions as she was trying to close the door and leave. It was obvious she did not like it when my wife asked any questions on my behalf, and completely disregarded her concern that the CT results showed severe hydronephrosis. The doctor said "That is not the focus. Im not concerned about his hydronephrosis, Im concerned about his kidney stones." I got such poor care that I decided to leave AMA while still in severe pain and drive to Swedish Edmonds, which was the best decision I made that day. To be honest I'm not sure the staff at Mill Creek even knew the process of transferring me, let alone doing it quickly. Once I arrived at Edmonds they took my case seriously from the start, scheduling me for emergency surgery the next day to remove the obstructive stone. My pain was well managed and my whole care team was incredibly skilled and empathetic. I am still completely disheartened with my experience at Mill Creek and would advise ANYONE considering it to go anywhere else.

I had to ask them 3 times before they attended to me. People who came after me were attended to before me. This is after canceling my first appointment on Nov 12th just a few hours before the appointment. They just texted me on the morning of the appointment saying my appointment is canceled and I had to call them back twice before I got another appointment and that was more than a month away on Dec 16th. I just saw another review for Dr. Goldsmith that says that she does not show up for appointments and is bad with following up on patients. The reason I went for and the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy was not sent despite calling and letting them know twice. There's no access to the doctor once you are seen. It's also the doctor's responsibility to make sure this is done and it does not seem like they care. After I called and left a message the second time the medical assistant called me and literally shouted at me saying she is done her job and there was an issue with the pharmacy despite me trying to explain that my other doctor sends prescriptions here all the time and I have never had an issue and also the pharmacy going out of their way to check on it. Have never had this kind of experience visiting a doctor's office. People always go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Will never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. This is not the way to treat patients who have come to see a doctor for an illness. I never write reviews and never a negative one as I know how hard people work to keep a business running. I had to write this as I don't want any other new patients to undergo this ordeal specially when they are seeking healing for an illness from a qualified doctor's office.

It's a super convenient location just off of Evergreen Way in Everett, with plenty of parking. I've been to morning weigh ins & meetings only - both during the week and weekend. Since I've moved to the US, I only attend weekend sessions. I absolutely LOVE the staff at this location, and the meeting leaders are great! The lady who does meetings during the week in the mornings is high energy and super interactive. She even does a "happy dance" and song for those who reach little and big milestones each meeting. It's a little mortifying if you don't like attention, but she makes it fun! The lady who leads on the weekend, Jeannie, is also great. She's not as bubbly as the lady during the week, but she's still great. She leads the meeting with great conversation and involves the group. When I used to go in Canada, I found the leader super boring, and I couldn't wait for the meetings to be over. Here, I actually LOOK FORWARD TO my 7:30am meeting on Saturday mornings. In some ways I wish I didn't have to come because it would mean I have everything together and my weight is where I want it to be, but if I am going to go anywhere to improve my lifestyle, this is exactly where I want to be!
