I've been coming to this clinic for several years now and found the providers to be helpful. The…read morefemale doctor I saw in the past no longer works here - she was amazing. My current provider is also good - takes time to hear my problems and makes sure to explain things thoroughly with me. I'm very greatly that my current provider helped identify the root causes of something I've struggled with for years. The front desk staff are also friendly. Only thing is that often times I need to wait at least 10-15min past my scheduled appointment time before I can be seen.

I have been a patient at this clinic for years and trusted my provider deeply, which is what made…read morethis experience so upsetting. At my most recent visit, I paid my $50 copay for an insurance-covered, in-network appointment. The visit itself was fine. Labs and a ultrasound were ordered, and we discussed a plan. However, when I went to check out, I was told that I am now required to either enroll in a mandatory "wellness program" for $29/month or pay an additional $50 per visit on top of my copay because insurance "doesn't pay the clinic enough anymore." I was told that if I declined, I would no longer be allowed to see my provider or receive care at the clinic. I declined the wellness program and left feeling blindsided and abandoned, especially while waiting on important test results. After I contacted Blue Cross Blue Shield to file a complaint and ask weather this was appropriate for in-network care, the clinic later contacted me and informed me that I was being released as a patient. Prior to that, my emails expressing concern went unanswered, and a prescription refill request submitted over two weeks earlier remained unprocessed. The only communication I received was my lab order. During the phone call informing me of my release, I requested my medical records and clarification about my prescriptions. I was told my "tone" would not be tolerated, interrupted mid-sentence, and then placed on hold indefinitely. I was not yelling or being rude, I was advocating for my health. Ending care under these circumstances, while prescriptions and results were pending and concerns were unresolved, was deeply distressing. I would strongly caution prospective patients to ask very clear questions upfront about mandatory fees, insurance-covered care, and continuity if issues arise.

I am writing to share a deeply disturbing experience I had with Dan Morlan, ND. I understand that…read morehe is no longer affiliated with Purity Integrative Health; however, I feel it is important to speak about what happened in order to find closure. I underwent a mild HBOT treatment with him and completed four sessions. I felt significantly worse afterward and was never given a proper explanation as to why the treatment did not work or why my symptoms worsened. I believe I lost a meaningful portion of my quality of life as a result of what I consider a faulty or inappropriate treatment. After these sessions, the clinic stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. This lack of communication was distressing and left me feeling abandoned. I am reaching out in the hope that Purity Integrative Health can help me find clarity, accountability, and closure. The holistic health industry is not simply about positive marketing or appearances--it involves real responsibility. Dr. Dan Morlan also stopped responding to my emails when I attempted to discuss my concerns. Too often, individuals avoid accountability for problems they helped create, and unfortunately, this is not uncommon in medicine. At the time, I considered letting the matter go. However, I now suffer from ongoing and severe brain fog, which I strongly associate with those treatments. No amount of positive or misleading reviews can negate my lived experience. This situation is serious. I sincerely hope that Purity Integrative Health will help bring justice, transparency, and peace to this matter.

I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

My experience with an online class through The Shift Network with Marie Manuchehri was the same as…read morethe other reviewer (Lisa S.) who also took a class from her. I paid $1800 for her "Advanced Energy Healing" class thinking I would learn something to add to my existing energy healing business. I mostly got a lot of new age philosophy and Marie talking about herself and her life. However what really triggered me more than the lack of genuine "advanced healing techniques (which was really a mix a reiki, jin shin jyutsu, and Inna Segal's work) It really disturbed me a few times what she claims she was taught by "her guides". For example, she taught that before we came to this life that we chose to sexually abused, murdered, commit suicide, etc. as part of our soul learning. After this particular lesson, one woman in the class wrote on the class Facebook page that she was leaving the class because she couldn't emotionally handle the belief that she had chosen the abuse she had experienced and the poor woman came to the conclusion that she was "not spiritually evolved enough" to handle it. How is that healing to tell your clients? Another teaching was that "young souls" are the cause of the bad human behavior we witness on this planet and if you were taking her class then you were likely "an old soul" because you were more spiritually evolved. Wow what a way to teach us to look down at others and pat ourselves on the back! Another beef I had: she also used this as a forum for her political beliefs (as the other reviewer Nicole B. mentioned) which I thought had no place in a class for helping energy healers improve their practice. As for the Shift Network, they did give me a $900 tuition aid (they would not call it a partial refund) after I complained, which is partly my fault. You can take the first 3 classes and a get a full refund so if you are tempted to take her class, make sure to get your refund by the end of the third class if you aren't satisfied.

I signed up for her online class with the Shift Network on Medical Intuition. Then I listened to my…read moreintuition and quit afte the third class. Mostly it was all stories from her practice and life and some generalities. She also did a reading of some students. I did not find these demonstrations helpful as her only advice to do readings was to look for light. There was very little substance when it came to practical advice, skill bulding, or shared expertise. She seems to genuinely want to share positivity and help people heal. But talking on and on about her work and sharing generalities about intuition (eg in two seperate classes she threw out that a person's aura is 2 city blocks in size) did not give me any actual tools to increase my medical intuition. I did not go deep during her guided meditations, either. Perhaps it has to do with how much she talks, how rapidly and how her voice sounds like it's projected from up in her head rather than deep in her soul. I requested a refund and hopefully will get one so I can try a different teacher. I took another class on Shift that was superb.
