I've gotten very little support from the app (that is broken, by their own admission), I've been told no to have an appointment with the doctor. My best friend had to download recipes from the old app. I have followed the diet, eating white fish (but I did misunderstand and ate hamachi). When I stalled and reached out, it was handled negatively, without good information. If it wasn't for my bff who had been through this before, I wouldn't have known what to do on a stall. I have tried googling, but there is a lot of info out there and trying to figure out what is right for this diet has been difficult. I lost 20 or so pounds, but the caloric intake is so low, I don't think it had much to do with the "drops."

I used Chris for the counseling and he was great. Dr. Dedomenico is the man who started this amazing program. I was shocked to learn that he still oversees EVERY patient. When getting my mid-term measurements the commented on how he was impressed with my progress. My first thought was "he know about me?" Then they told me that they have weekly round table discussions about EVERY client and how to help them. Amazing level of detail and personal treatment. The Pro Club staff were also incredible. They are so in tune with their clients, fun, happy, and take the time to learn your name and who you are. The facility is second to none. Cleaned all the time, with attention to the smallest of details. I was so impressed with the club I became a full time member. Do NOT hesitate to do this. During my time with Katie I learned a lot about a healthy, sustainable diet. Over the past year I've been dealing with multiple medical issues, financial issues and stress from other factors and Katie never judged me for not being able to stick to plans or goals even if they were seemingly easy things to do. She always met me where I was, and we celebrated the little things. Making small goals when I was so overwhelmed by my life helped me achieve great things. With her coaching and a GLP-1 prescribed from my naturopath, I was able to lose about 30 pounds, gain muscle and have an overall better relationship with food AND my body which is so important. There are tips, tricks, and mental notes I remind myself of especially during the hard weeks I've been having so I don't fall off the horse. I am able to recognize and see the difference in how I feel when I eat poorly and don't get enough rest, or stop exercising.
