We are giving you a refund for your original order. While I understand the hospital bit I think it unprofessional to blame them and not take responsibility as an organization for constant reschedules and serious lack of communication with their "students" I wish NO stars were possible, and seeing the serious lack of stars in their reviews I see I am not the only one. Roughly 3-4 weeks prior to the event I reached out via email to see if I could make different arrangements because something came up and we wouldn't be able to make it. I never heard back. I tried a second time. Same thing. So, I wasted $50+ and got zero in return. That was awesome.
