Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. Jaime from Unlimited Copy Services delivered the most STELLAR customer service I've ever received…read more And this is no exaggeration!! I was working on a court case back in July at the 11th hour. Literally. By 1am, I realized I needed copying services -- I had over 100 pages that needed Xeroxing before my court case at 8:30am that morning. I frantically called around and sent emails to a few 24-hour services that were listed on Google. No one got back to me, except for Jaime at Unlimited Copy Services. He returned my voicemail immediately, to my huge relief. Jaime was so kind and went above and beyond. At 1:41am, Jamie texted me his email so I could send him all my documents for copying. At 2:06am, Jamie had three sets of 69 pages assembled perfectly with binder clips. I asked him where he was located so I could pick up the copies. Jaime offered to deliver the documents to me instead!! By 3:21am, we met up at my neighborhood Walgreen's parking lot for the copy hand-off. Jaime was going to charge me something ridiculously low like $50 for the copies. I insisted on paying him more for his time, effort, and energy -- $125 (see attached receipt). You can't put a price tag on that kind of service -- especially when dealing with Los Angeles Superior Court!! I can't recommend Jaime's business enough!! (Although whether or not he'll meet you in a Walgreen's parking lot at 3:21am for a copy hand-off is entirely up to him!!)

I was in an emergency situation and I needed to purchase over $1000 worth of network equipment for my church. But I was not sure if I was going to use it and I might need to return the items. But I did not want to buy the items from them if they were going to charge a restocking fee if I returned them. I was just looking around for the items and found their website online. So I called and asked them up front about the restocking fee because their web site does not have any information about it. They said it was not a problem. Maybe 10% if the item is opened. When I showed up at the Brea location to actually purchase the items, She made me feel very welcome. She said, "oh, now that I met you I can see your an honest person. If you need to return them, don't worry. It is not a problem at all!" Sure enough, 5 days later, I needed to return the items unused. The most expensive item was opened but not used at all. She first started telling me they might not be able to take the items back. Then suddenly they were very clear about the restock fee. 20% for the opened items and 15% for the unopened items. What a sham! I should have known better. But you should be warned. They know if they told me up front, I would not have purchased from them but they used my honesty to swindle me out of $300 bucks for nothing. Very poor business practices. I gave them the items back and she said they would contact me when they can pay me back. I thought, what? I don't get my money back now? I drove to Brea to return the items back to you, I accepted the fees, but you can't just debit my card back or give me a check or something? What is this policy? I had to keep hounding them over the phone and emails to get them to issue me a check for my money back. It took almost 3 weeks to finally get them to hand me a refund check. I said to them, You have over $1000 of my hard earned money and you have the parts which I returned to you in person exactly 10 days ago. I am waiting for my refund so I can yelp on you. I want to make sure all my friends at work and at my church know about your service. Soon they had my check ready. Unfortunately I won't be buying from them again. They need to learn to be honest and upfront with their customers. ACNT, If you have a restocking fee, post it on your web site. Don't trick people out of their money. You don't get to be as big as Newegg or Tiger Direct with this kind of customer service.

Last week Randy e-mails me and tells me shirts will be done on Wednesday. When I follow-up, I'm given no response until the next day (Thursday). In an off putting tone, Randy tells me that he now needs the full 14 business days to make the order happen. Yesterday I e-mailed him about picking them up today (as today marks 14 business days), no response. I follow up today and he responds with he can't complete them and refunds my money. To make it worse, he asks me to send him the funds as a "gift" to avoid PayPal fees (CHEAP) then refunds my money as a service invoice so I got charged the extra $16. I acquired wholesale accounts that I had to refund because UNLIKE ESA Design I don't believe in holding someones money when I don't have a product to deliver. Several weeks, 50% of my deposit held the entire time, no delivery of services, and a $16 charge. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
