Terrible customer service. Would not recommend their help with your business needs! My account manager changed multiple times and I called to cancel, confirming it would not interfere with my GBP back in 2023. Haven't heard from them since and still haven't gotten primary ownership from them back. They randomly called me this month and when I said I was under the impression it was cancelled as we haven't been charged and I had no longer wanted to business with them, they said they've been trying to reach me. Then proceeded to tell me I owed $199 for a transfer if I wanted to cancel. I simply told them if I could see a contract we signed that stated a fee for ownership, I would but being on a month-to-month payment, that did not make sense. They said there wasn't one and that is just their policy. I let them know I would be contacting Google and then they cancelled my account and unverified out GBP. When I realized they had done this after telling me they would look into it and get back to me, I was told that the person I was trying to reach was busy and then he responded to my email saying "We're sorry for the inconvenience". They are terrible at helping find a solution and every person you speak with tells you a different answer. They also talk over you when you are explaining an issue and nobody is communicative. They play games with you when you try to call saying your account manager is in a meeting and will call you back but never get a call back. Do not use this Company. 3 years in business everything running well. I hired them to up my Google presence and after 1 month Google kicked my business off. I appealed it and was denied twice. I would give a zero star if I could. They are scammers. My business profile was fine on Google which I had set up myself. They promised to optimize the search engine for my business. I realized a month in that this was a waste of money. The "video" they produced for me was something I could have done even better. Very unprofessional!! When calling their 877 number the gentlemen who answered the phone sounded like he was asleep. I finally reached my Rep Haley and informed her that we wanted to cancel the account. We were told in order to cancel you must call. We sent 2 emails requesting a cancellation prior to our phone call. I am the new Marketing Manager, an email was also sent informing MySuperNova that I would be handling this account. Haley refused to work with me and insisted that the original person who set up the account needed to physically speak with her in order to cancel. The owner of the business who took the time to write 2 emails informing them that they wish to cancel was not good enough. I informed her that they were in the field and I am simply trying to complete the task of cancellation. She kept insisting it is her policy to speak with him directly. A business owner should not have to stop making money in order to cancel a service with another business. They employ staff to handle these tasks for them. When I told Haley that the business owner would not be happy doing so and you might upset him which will result in a bad review. She told me "Even Disneyland Has Bad Reviews" and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I get a monthly fee not for SEO, not for hosting - it is just to be there to change anything I may need to change. They basically only provided me with a mobile friendly website template. I even have to pay more to see how many people may go to my website after I launch a promotion! Right from the get go the sales people yessed me to death about all the things supernova could do for me then I had to be switched to a manager who told me I was misinformed and I basically got none of that and there would be a fee of hundreds of dollars to create my website. It progressed to paying hundreds of dollars to do my website that I SENT THEM EVERYTHING FROM WORDING, PICTURES, AND LAYOUT. They basically didn't have to create or recreate anything for me. I told them how to set up special items I wanted included that they DIDN'T know how to do - but I (a layman) did!! It gets better - they DON'T EVEN OFFER AN EMAIL SERVICE....Who doesn't have email on any basic website!! Then there are no meta=tags or anything to get me higher on google. One of the biggest scams around. This company purports to create a unique website and maintain your online presence. They do neither. They created a horrendous website for us, using pictures stolen off of other people's business sites, opening my company to liability issues. They don't even host the sites themselves. Instead, they are a Go Daddy partner, paying around $5 a month per site, while charging customers $100 a month. As for maintaining our online presence, they had us listed on Google in two locations, and some business listing sites they had us listed as being open 24/7 and speaking only AMerican Sign Language!
