He price matched the best quote, and was able to finish my car the SAME DAY! They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! If you want to feel like a valued customer, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else but Evolve Film Concepts, because they are the best.

Any issues or concerns that I pointed out were addressed promptly without hesitation, which I really appreciated. He also gave me great suggestions and recommendations for the design on my car wrap and the final result turned out amazing, even better than I expected. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. Pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service and attention to detail provided. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality detailing or vinyl wrap work. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Arson is such a dope person--super humble, clearly knows his craft, and genuinely passionate about what he does. This is more than just a business to them, and you feel that immediately. I originally planned on shopping around and checking out other shops, but after my first chat with them, I didn't need to call anyone else. Pricing was an amazing deal--straightforward, fair, and no BS. They really work with you, walk through the details, and help find the best options for your budget without cutting corners. The team walked me through everything they did, step by step, and the results speak for themselves. I had PPF installed, gloss-black PPF wrap, blacked-out badging, tint, and gloss-black coated rims--absolutely flawless work. Superb craftsmanship. I'll definitely be bringing my Emira back to this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and people who genuinely care about the work they put out.

Both Lex and Richard were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the difference product offerings and provide the pros & cons of each. I decided on the IRX Ceramic tint without any pressure selling, just great hospitality. I have been taking my vehicles to Mike's in Corona for several years where the service was equally exceptional, but decided on the Anaheim location this time because it's close to my office. I definitely recommend Mike's to anyone looking for a professional job that lasts. Thanks Lex and Richard!

I highly recommend checking their display for the kind of tint they offer as well as the different shades to make sure you pick the one that you want. Highly recommended. Will go again for all my future tint ( and wrap) jobs.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
