Sandy broke the entire website, and not only did she fail to fix it, she showed no responsibility for the damage she caused. Instead of helping, she kept demanding more money -- even though the full payment was already made. Every time I reached out for help, I was met with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and arrogance. Her attitude was unacceptable and completely disrespectful. If it were possible, I would give her 0 stars. This agency is not trustworthy, not competent, and not client-friendly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Reno Web Designer. Worst experience I've had with any service provider.

Finally, I met Kristy Crabtree with Westward Strategy and I am thrilled about the work we did together. Kristy communicates well and responds as promised. She understands that the value of the website is determined by its ability to fulfill the owner's business objective, not by how many cool tools can be incorporated. Kristy does great work, is pleasant and patient with non-techies like me, and always tries to create a satisfied client. I have recommended Kristy and Westward Strategy to others and I do so without the slightest reservation. If you need an excellent website and a pleasant experience in developing it, contact Westward Strategy and talk to Kristy. Tell her Marti B sent you.

If you value integrity, hard work and serious skill, call Westward Strategy.

The team at BB was easy to communicate with and took initiative in design and the tech side for what I needed for my business. As a Type A business owner (an electrical engineer by training), I approached branding and…read moremarketing as "black magic" that my company would need to master. Curious as to who might be able to help me with this, I spoke with a number of relevant companies in the Reno area (which included buying Bill a beer). Bareknuckle immediately stood out. Working with Bill's team, there is no "black magic". They are a straightforward, pragmatic group, passionate about what they do, willing to answer any questions I have, and they took a very rational approach (with a dollop of creativity) that yielded great results for our brand. My initial impression was spot on, and I can't recommend them enough. At the very least, buy them a beer, and see if it's a fit for you!

His intentions are clear, get your assets, hold them hostage, bully, bully, bully for more and more money. when I introduced him to my son who helps me he did nothing what so ever as to why he was meeting my son, he only beat me down over and over for two hours on why I am this and that, he is a very mean, maniacal individual and you should think twice on bringing him work. Confusion - I was always talking/emailing someone else, and filling out lots of forms for something pretty straightforward. The process is tailored to make EFX's job easy, not the customers. 2. The time & Communication necessary - I just want to be able to hand over my stuff and not have to deal with it. Some emails and forms were way too long and full of information I did not need. The process (7 weeks) took longer than I thought it should have. The actual quality of the embroidery stitching was quite good, but was printed at a crooked angle. Our communication process: 11/19 I used EFXs website to request a quote 11/21 EFX replies asking for logo 11/22 I send logo as word document and specify size 11/29 EFX asks for logo 11/29 I resend word document 12/2 EFX sends quote (it was $97 just for set up, which I thought was pricey - digitize, setup, and proof). Says "new order form to fill out is attached." 12/3 I reply that order form is not attached 12/3 EFX sends order form. Its blank so I gotta fill out a whole new thing. 12/3 I send order form 12/5 EFX asks for high quality image rather than word doc. I start to get frustrated. 12/5 Says my date of 12/17 for jackets is no longer possible without fee, because they need 14 days processing and 1 day for shipping 12/5 I said no rush, but I for sure need it by the 4th (1 month). Send in JPG. 12/19 EFX sends proof 12/21 Me: Proof is different than JPG 12/23 EFX sends new proof.
