I got a couple of quotes and Digiprint was not the cheapest but they had the best reviews. My son, who is 17, was just looking only at the price and wanted to use the cheapest vendor. I told him that the lowest price may not be the best route. We ended up ordering 500 double sided cards. They did a very nice job on the cards. The quality of the printing and clarity on the pictures was exactly what I wanted and expected. It was a good learning experience for him.

I especially wanted to share a recent personal experience that really highlights their commitment to their customers. We needed memorial brochures for a service on very short notice after an online printer delayed shipment of an order a friend had placed. Rich and his team stepped in and printed the brochures in less than 24 hours. They even helped us on a day when they were officially closed. Despite the rush turnaround, the quality was excellent, and the total cost was actually lower than what the online printer charged. This experience reminded me of the value of working with a local business. When you need great service, flexibility, and people who genuinely care, local printers make all the difference. I highly recommend TIP for both business and personal printing needs.

Once we finalized the design and wanted to order it was suggested we pick up trials. We were told they would be ready Monday, drove in from Reno only to find they were not ready. Ordered a portion of uniforms and paid for all socks on invoice. Then was charged again on second order for socks. Once uniforms were ready we picked them up only to find that socks were missing once back home. Had to have a grandparent pick up socks one week later. We're never told the socks were men's socks and not kids socks. I understand it's a small business but there were many mistakes. We paid $77 for uniforms and most parents complained of the way they fit not being the same as the trial. The owner said it was due to excessive washing on the trials. After all we got out uniforms but I would not order from here again. Not worth the headache

On March 5th I ordered some custom colored masks for my first live event since my business had been shutdown and it was really important to me that I had certain colored masks for certain outfits at the conference that I was emceeing. We had several conversations back and forth about the size and I sent multiple photos. A month later, she told me that the had arrived but they sent the toddler size. I reminded her that timing was really important as I was leaving town on April 23. On Tuesday the 20th she messaged me that they were in. I live an hour away and asked her to ship them because I was so busy getting ready for the conference. Needless to say, they didn't arrive on time. They weren't shipped until the next day, and no effort was made to get them to me in time....not even priority mail which would have worked. When I asked about them on Thursday, she told me she had "no control over shipping" which I found sad and hilarious. The real kicker for me was that when I got home from trip I found them...the "emerald" one was a hideous shade of green and not even close to emerald. Plus, they were a full inch too small and don't even fit my son. Will be taking all of my business elsewhere in the future.
