Ace needs to pull the franchise license for this store from the owner. Customer service is terrible, have had employees insist on counting and checking .10c nuts and washer when I'm buying 4 of them as if I'll steal .40 c worth of washers. Everything is locked up in cages so you can't even stop in quick to buy a screw driver or drill bit. Because everything is locked up employees are constantly busy and you end up spending 5x as long standing around waiting for help for something that should be a quick errand. Add in the fact they constantly refuse coupons that don't say they have exemptions. I've had this store refuse to honor a coupon so I drove to another Ace who was happy to take it for the exact same product. 0/10 worst Ace.
