Sadly, he ruined one of my shoes just because I asked if he had dyed the inside. He grabbed the shoe, took some liquid--I think it was thinner--and aggressively scrubbed the material, ruining the leather lining; he stripped the color right off where he rubbed it. These are expensive leather shoes. I had brought them in to have the color changed from brown to black. This rude man simply needed to answer "yes" or "no," rather than reacting the way he did. I do not recommend this place for any repairs because this guy gives off such negative energy; you can tell he is a very unhappy person.
