But reducing her to just an organizer would be missing the point entirely. Nancy first came to our home when my wife was juggling too many projects at once and feeling frustrated by the lack of progress. I sure as hell wasn't going to be the one to make sense of it all. Enter Nancy. She didn't just tidy up--she reimagined our space. First, she tackled the office in a way we never would have considered. Then the kitchen. Then the closet. By the time she was done, she probably knew where everything was in our house better than we did. But that was just the warm-up. Fast forward to our international move. The smartest decision we made? Bringing Nancy in to quarterback the whole thing. She handled everything--coordinating realtors, hiring movers, clearing out what we weren't taking--while somehow making an overwhelming process feel completely manageable. But Nancy's real superpower isn't just her ability to organize. It's the confidence she instills in everyone around her. She's unshakable. However, the job turned out to be more involved than expected and required an extra day. On the final day, Kenika came by herself to ensure everything was completed to her standards. Her team did a fantastic job organizing and consolidating each space while also accommodating a few items of sentimental value. Not only did she clear the clutter, but she also consistently consulted us to ensure we had access to items we frequently used. The spaces are now not only more attractive but also more functional and convenient, allowing us to enjoy them more. The price she quoted was very reasonable compared to other services we contacted. Not only were we pleased, but we plan to use her service for other areas of our home that require attention.

I called & left messages with a few organization companies, based on web & Yelp searches. Shannon returned my call within an hour. She asked my goals, explained what she does and we determined Live With Less may be a good fit. Shortly after our convo, she sent over an email confirmation for our first meeting including the Client Agreement. The document was clear, concise & consistent with our conversation. After our first meeting, I was very excited, and looking forward of the rehab of my apartment, and Shannon exceeded my expectations. Despite this process being a very personal one, she was always professional. She was always on time, and I never felt like she was "riding the clock." Shannon was able to tackle my bedroom, bathroom, linens, shoe closet, kitchen, and laundry room, in addition to finding places for everything else within 3 visits. She also showed me a few best practices to keep my apartment in order after her work was done. This process positively changed my life and was totally worth it. I can easily locate my things now, getting dressed isn't stressful, and I even sleep better now. I am very pleased and would recommend her to anyone looking to "purge & get organized."

    The service provided by 2 employees of "Order by Kate", imho, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN WORSE. By hiring a…read moreprofessional organizing/ decluttering company my sweet but naive husband meant to please me, whose health & strength declined from effects of pp Multiple Sclerosis. My hub spoke with 3 organizers who advertise on YELP, submitted requested photos, and was assured that our 2 story Buckhead townhome (we've lived here 17 yrs) didn't present unusual difficulties. Kate, who hub "M" said was 'very friendly and reassuring', spoke with my husband several times, assuring him the entire job could be accomplished in 3 days at most, maybe 3 separate visits, by she and her 2 assistants. Come #1 appt. day, 9 a.m.. a man & woman showed up & began packing every item in and upon downstairs furniture in huge new boxes, taped up. My hub, who was NOT asked or instructed by Kate's crew of 2 whether or how to help, went upstairs where he packed everything in his professional art studio into his saved boxes. By 1:30 p.m. the 2 helpers said they were through for the day (9 a.m.-- 1:30p.m.) and departed, leaving a high stack of huge filled cardboard boxes stacked high at far end of our open plan living/dining area. They said they'd return to work on upstairs bedrooms but next morning someone (not Kate iirc) called hub to say the heft young man had hurt his back packing. Since my hub alone had carried boxes to garage storage bin, I wondered. My hub "M" repeatedly called and emailed "Order by Kate" but from my understanding there was no phone reply or follow-up on proceeding with our project. Before the 9 am - 1:30 pm visit my husband had paid $750.00 in advance to Order by Kate. (We may have a bit too much nice 'stuff' in a couple closets but let me make clear no rooms are remotely dirty or impassible like those shown in TV shows like 'Hoarders'.)

The crew from Order by Kate came to the rescue. In one day, five very efficient and energetic women arrived to save the day. They somehow found ways to find the essentials to create a functional kitchen with little cabinetry. I found all my sundry possessions neatly separated by category throughout the apartment. I looked in cabinets and wanted to photograph them. Wish I could have them here to fold each time I do my wash! I will definitely hire them again for Phase 2 when my closets are built out. She was first recommended to my by a coworker/friend who sang her praises. We were downsizing from a 7-year lived-in townhome to a 2 bedroom apartment with a family of 4. It is very hard for me to get rid of things and not accumulate more things. What I was and am most impressed by with Sasha is her genuine kindness, humility, cheerfulness despite setbacks and obvious passion for truly helping us get to "A Better Life". Most recently, she has done a beautiful job with organizing and providing neat solutions for my walk-in pantry that was atrocious. She has also been instrumental in getting my closet in order. My home was an absolute…read moredisaster, and I couldn't even pick a starting place to declutter, let alone organize anything. Sasha came in twice to help me out. The first time, she made a plan to declutter and organize the main spaces in my home, and she helped me clear out a ton of junk, as well as designing a system for storage. She was kind and supportive while we went through my things, understanding the nostalgia attached to the most ridiculous items, while gently guiding me to get rid of things that were broken or outdated or unused. Sasha has a great network of contractors and was able to arrange for a handyman to take care of minor issues throughout the condo. She helped me sort items for donation and took care of taking them to the charity drop instead of leaving it to me to handle. She gave me 'homework' after every visit, and followed up frequently to offer guidance and motivation. She made the process feel easy and manageable. At the end, I had so much more space and everything had a place of its own to return to after use. My condo felt so much more like a home instead of a storage area. The second time Sasha came to my rescue, I was renovating the condo and needed to get everything packed and into storage in a very short window of time. Sasha and her assistant came in and got it done! She also handled arrangements for junk removal and movers to take everything to a storage unit, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I would work with Sasha and A Better Life again without any hesitation. She is very responsive, communicates clearly and made a very difficult process as stress free as possible. I would recommend A Better Life to anyone who needs assistance in their decluttering and organizing adventures.
