I've received excellent PT years ago, so the bar is set high. I'm happy to say this experience has been every bit as great! Its location on Enfield Street/Route 5 is convenient (super convenient for me as the other office sharing the building is my podiatrist). Live Every Day has a bright, clean space, and the receptionists (2) are very friendly and welcoming. My physio is Christiana, and she is wonderful! She's professional, explaining the why & how of every part of my treatment plan. Her knowledge is vast, and she is just such a nice person who is genuinely helping me move, stretch, realign, and have less pain. But I've also noticed other PTs with their clients, and this place is full of friendly professionals. I highly recommend Live Every Day!

So today I'm at their West Springfield location and have to say while I was there, they had a…read morepatient who was being absolutely unbelievably rude. The patient was loud obnoxious and not letting the staff and owner help her. I am absolutely amazed at how calmly the staff was and the owner to talk this patient down and have her continue with her visit. This was a first for me. The office is very spacious, clean, with private rooms and many different types of equipment that I only took pictures of because I myself have never used them. The staff is extremely patient, respectful and go above and beyond for their patients. I have another apt Friday in their Southwick office.

She is the first clinician who sat with me to thoroughly explain what was going on with my body, through viewing my x-rays, computer generated anatomical pictures, and her own words. Her use of body adjustment/alignment techniques, Dry Needling, body work and prescribed exercises, helped me recover much of my regular functional life activities. Kathy is very personable, an excellent communicator and is an extremely competent and professional physical therapist. I highly recommend her!

Even the administrative staff makes it a quick check in process and the dwelling is always clean. I have been to other PT businesses and did not have the same interactions with each of my therapists. Here ATI was able to identify the areas of concern quickly (understanding my MS limitations) and focus on them with multiple exercises.
