Generally in my experience if an A hole hates something then it must be good. Guess what? I be right again! This place rocks! I have horrible back pain from being a parent and Zack very much understands my hell and apparently a few other parents from my son's school. I saw another parent walking out while I was walking in. Zack is very meticulous about what he does and massages the tendons around the aria he intends to adjust. I have never seen this before. It's brilliant.

He was very knowledgeable and in only 3 appointments I was back to normal, and felt much relief after the first. I am about to go back for my neck and lower back issues. I train at the gym quite heavy and do my best to stay conditioned but sometimes the minute you slack off a problem occurs. Berk gets you right back into action! He also gave me exercises to make sure the problem didn't occur again. Awesome!

When I lived in Northampton, Dr. Linda Levine cured me from crippling neck pain!…read more I had crippling neck pain and muscle spasms for over a decade. I had been to five different chiros, finding only minor, temporary relief. Dr. Levine immediately recognized the minor kyphosis from my computer and reading work, showed me Bruegger's Relief Position and flat out CURED me, permanently, in 3 minutes. She's also very friendly and smart. Thank you Dr. Levine! I can't thank you enough for showing me a magic trick to get my life and my athleticism back.

Over several weeks she worked out the kinks and loosened me up. The relief I felt at the end was absolutely great! I was afraid of the jerky adjustments I had heard about, but she uses smooth movements and she is absolutely such a joy to be around that one can't help but loosen up in her presence, physically, emotionally, and mentally! The staff is friendly and there is never an issue with scheduling--Dr. Levine will come in early or stay late to make sure you get your treatment. At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, Linda is truly a wonderful person and her ability to emotionally connect and put patients at ease is an added bonus to the physical relief attained during her sessions; you pay for an adjustment and leave with a smile, thanks to her enthusiasm and effervescence.

ON BILLING: Have you ever given a panhandler money just to get them to leave you alone so you are…read morebasically paying them to go away? That's how I feel about this practice. I went to Dr Kane about 1-2x a month for a couple of years paying my insurance co-pay and assuming everything was fine because I was not getting bills from my insurance, then all of a sudden I got a bill from the office for $500+, basically for the entire time I had been going. If AFC had been billing me regularly it wouldn't have been such a shock. That was last August and I haven't been back. It is May now and I finally received my $40 bill for my final two visits which were late last Summer; hopefully this will take care of it for good. The treatments are beneficial, just please be prepared and make sure you have all of your billing firmly understood to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Another sticker-shock note: Dr Kane charges every adjustment, manual or verbal, a la carte. That means if he lays a hand on you he is keeping track of it and billing you for it. If he gives you a verbal piece of advice, such as, 'You might try sleeping with one pillow instead of two,' he will bill you for it. My chiropractor back in Nashville charged a flat rate per visit. With AMC the visit price is going to vary wildly up and down depending on what you have done and how many questions you ask, so be very purposeful with your inquiries: you are not asking anything casually and do listen carefully because every answer is costing you money. I wish I could give AFC a good review for the times they helped me but the aftertaste is just so unpleasant that it makes me regret letting my guard down and being so trusting with them for so long.
