Hi All, Aaron is the…read morevery best the field has to offer. I've seen a few chiropractors in Boston, and he blows them out of the water. What I think makes him so good is that he seamlessly blends chiropractic techniques with powerful bodywork (ie. massage). He has helped me eradicate shoulder and back pain that beforehand I'd just decided to grin and bear. He is informative, kind, and totally puts you at ease. Aaron is always on time, and not upset when I run in a few minutes late. It's a small office, with a very friendly staff, this is what healthcare should be about.

And if you like an eclectic office, I always enjoy whatever seasonal decor they have. On the practical side, I've seen chiropractors on and off for years. Dr. Mike is great at talking you through everything he is doing, and also has good recommendations for stretches, exercises for strengthening, as well as sort of "micro-chiropractic" things for stuff like jaw pain. I also appreciate the TENS service they offer after. I can feel a little off kilter after an adjustment, and so it is really nice to rest with the electric stim after. Bottom line: it has been easier and more consistent for me to find and maintain better posture and lower my overall pain and headaches since working with Dr. Mike and Julie. Highly recommend!!

In all honesty, I have been a skeptic of this type of healing work for years and therefore did not pursue support for my chronic and ongoing areas of pain until recently. I wish I had gone sooner! Dr. Potash was referred to me by my primary care team for my lower back pain and an ongoing injury with my hip. He provided me with an empathetic ear, a thorough assessment, a gentle approach with effective adjustments. After my last session with Jason, we were able to successfully release an area in my lower back that provided me with instant relief. I started crying "tears of joy" from the astonishing difference I felt in my body...to not be in pain for the first time in years was SO surreal. What a gift! As a survivor of assault, I have strong boundaries around touch and I need to feel safe in order to receive healing care. I can honestly say that I have always felt respected, cared for and truly safe in his skilled hands. Highly recommend to anyone curious around this type of work.

I found Dr. Debra about eight months ago while looking for someone to help rehab my aching body…read moreafter a backpacking trip. I'd hiked many miles without aggravating an old herniated disc injury, but my joints were protesting--and my foot felt like it was on fire. Dr. Debra skillfully addressed not only the immediate issues but also the underlying patterns contributing to them, bringing ease to my fiery foot (and my bunion-leaning toes) and helping me find greater openness in my chest and shoulders. Along the way, they have taught me how to better care for myself in my athletic endeavors, daily work, and everyday movement. I love Dr. Debra's ability to work both efficiently and holistically. Their blend of chiropractic adjustments (including the activator tool), targeted muscle work, and spacious craniosacral therapy strikes a perfect balance. Unlike some chiropractors who focus solely on resetting bones, they also work with muscles, connective tissue, organs, and the nervous system to support deeper wellness. As an over-55 person renewing my commitment to post-menopausal health, it means so much to have a practitioner in my corner as I challenge myself in new ways. I recently added weight training to my routine, and while my body is more resilient thanks to our work, Dr. Debra continues to help me learn how to care for myself under this new stress. I also appreciate Dr. Debra's genuine (yet still professional) style. They they explain the mechanics of the body clearly and give effective "homework" to keep progress going between sessions. When my teen headed out to the Pacific Crest Trail, they offered a hands-on session plus practical guidance that was used daily to prevent injury. We are so grateful. The whole family says thank you--we want everyone to see Dr. Debra!

I've been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for decades, but this past year it attacked my right shoulder more stubbornly than ever. I went through all my usual cycles of chiropractic manipulations, acupuncture, physical therapy, and even tried Reiki this time; but after 10 months the pain has not subsided at all. Based on a recommendation I decided to give Steve a try, and it was a really worthwhile decision. Steve spends a full 45 minutes with each patient, and takes a very holistic, thorough and sustainable approach to treatment. What comes across is that he actually cares about your health, more than he cares about locking you into a string of dependency-induced visits, like many chiros. Steve does not deal in "crack" style manipulations, and focuses on root cause education, soft-tissue work, and providing exercises for home. In the area of hands-on work, Steve is very skilled in soft-tissue and provided me with a lot of physical relief during the visit. I left his office feeling educated, empowered and relieved. It's now only one day later and my right shoulder feels substantially better, like it's finally on the path toward recovery.
