I have fibromyalgia and 2 vertebrae out of alignment (1 in neck causes many migraines). He offers some stretching to do in between sessions. He is typically very punctual. The office is clean, receptionist is very friendly (you probably have to leave a message to receive a call back if busy or closed, but never a problem). I learned about him from a fellow massage therapist who highly recommended him. And I agree!

Hi All, Aaron is the…read morevery best the field has to offer. I've seen a few chiropractors in Boston, and he blows them out of the water. What I think makes him so good is that he seamlessly blends chiropractic techniques with powerful bodywork (ie. massage). He has helped me eradicate shoulder and back pain that beforehand I'd just decided to grin and bear. He is informative, kind, and totally puts you at ease. Aaron is always on time, and not upset when I run in a few minutes late. It's a small office, with a very friendly staff, this is what healthcare should be about.

Zack is very meticulous about what he does and massages the tendons around the aria he intends to adjust. I have never seen this before. It's brilliant.

He also gave me exercises to make sure the problem didn't occur again. Awesome!

And if you like an eclectic office, I always enjoy whatever seasonal decor they have. On the practical side, I've seen chiropractors on and off for years. Dr. Mike is great at talking you through everything he is doing, and also has good recommendations for stretches, exercises for strengthening, as well as sort of "micro-chiropractic" things for stuff like jaw pain. I also appreciate the TENS service they offer after. I can feel a little off kilter after an adjustment, and so it is really nice to rest with the electric stim after. Bottom line: it has been easier and more consistent for me to find and maintain better posture and lower my overall pain and headaches since working with Dr. Mike and Julie. Highly recommend!!

In the middle of all that fun multiple times I launched out of my bindings and did front flips rolling over on my head. I noticed a month later that my body did not feel normal and was suggested to see a chiropractor. I attempted to make an appointment at a place in Monson but they were out of network. I made an appointment to another place in Palmer but it was a 3 week wait. I called here and they could book me two days from then so I canceled my other appointment to the other place and set my sights on getting my body fixed here. I was scheduled with Warren Zepp and throughout the next two months he helped my body get back to normal. It was a process, day one I felt like I was hit by a bus, working for UPS doesn't help ether, then the next couple of days I noticed a difference. With each visit he gave me a better understanding on more ways to take care of my body with stretches I could do to strengthen my targeted muscles and maintain a proper posture as well as realigning my out of wack body. I lost my 101 year old great grandmother early October and more recently after going all summer without any issues I started feeling tight with restless nights of sleep.
