The front office staff was okay, and both chiropractors (father and son) are friendly and personable. The reason I wasn't entirely happy was because I had to pay for several (like 50+) visits up front. It was all about the money and payment upfront. I was desperate and had the money, and would have done anything for pain relief. (I have since seen 2 other amazing chiropractors who do not operate this way and are not so money hungry before trying to help patients.) Also, adjustments are very very quick. Like unbelievably quick! You go in treatment room, chiro comes in, adjusts you (for me it was my back, then in a chair for neck) and you're done. Literally like a 1-2 minute deal. Maybe you go step on the vibration plate for a few minutes after adjustment. There was never any TRUE care. It's adjustment after adjustment after adjustment and all other patients are in and out at that rate as well. There were days when the waiting room was packed, but even with a packed room, it would dwindle fast due to very rapid adjustments and moving on. I did finish my prepaid treatments, but can't say I had a great experience. I now see two other chiropractors (I go between 2 because each of them offers different treatments) and my experiences with them have been amazing. No prepayment and visits aren't in and out. There's care and compassion ...and it shows.
