Another large chain wanted $99 just to show up for "diagnosis"... LOL but nothing is broke. It was a simple 40 min job to add pipe in an easy outside spot. So I didn't fall for the other's scams. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. Got bids from actual plumbers, significantly less expensive and an actual skilled tradesmen.
