He also told me up front of what it would cost. For me shopping around, their prices are great! He did a great job, checked that everything worked and even showed me the pipe of where it broke (since I was so curious!). From start to finish, great customer service! Thank you so much! When the technician arrived, I was quoted $649 plus tax for a repair that took about 1.5 hours and roughly $20 worth of parts. The price felt completely unreasonable for the amount of work involved. Will never use them... Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling overcharged. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
