Went through the main sewer line (he recommended and I opted for the camera) and we found that there was a belly in the line, cause grease/soap to stick, etc. and that caused he drain. Got the clogged cleared and I'll be reaching out to get the belly fixed next. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained everything, completed the job, did a follow up call, we'll priced, and did great work! *I highly recommend the camera. Without it, you may get the issue fixed, but it may not tell the whole story. The camera allows you/them to see what exactly the issue is and how to avoid future visits. In my case, there is a belly in the line, that would basically require I call them out every couple of years when the drain inevitably clogs again.
