Corley installed my charger but without getting a permit, which is required and then I asked them to correct the issue which took forever but eventually, they got an inspector out here. Monday was the absolute Mondayist of Monday's. While awaiting a window repair man for a baseball…read morethat was hit through our window we got an unexpected visitor. (We have 4 boys and this was on their warming label when received so no surprise) Greenville water stopped by to shut off our water from extreme use asking if we knew we had a leak. No, we did not. He went above his job and tried to located the hidden but massive leak to no avail. He did shut off the water to the house to stop the mystery leak. We called several plumbers and made appointments for the following day which for a house of 6 seemed like a ridiculously long time without water. (The toilets... that's all I say). Enter Mr. Rooter who said they could have someone there in 30 minutes. The technician was quick and gave us our options within 15 minutes of arriving. There was no obvious leak but the crawl space under the house was dry. We had 2 options; get a leak detector out and locate the leak then he'll fix it OR he could dig up the line starting from the meter and work his way up. We went with option 2. They got the leak detector guy out shortly there after and unfortunately it took him a little longer to find the leak which was 3 feet below the meter so it wouldn't be repaired until the following morning. Tuesday the original technician showed up bright and early and repaired the leak quickly. $1000 later our mystery leak, that could have been much worse than it was, was fixed. HIGHLY recommend these guys as they were very friendly, extremely fast, and very helpful.

In the course of talking to 3 people, I was aggressively solicited to their annual plan SEVEN times. If I don't know you, and I don't know what your work is like, I'm not commiting to any annual plan. This was sometime last year when I tried their services and yes, they did as asked, but I would not call it budget friendly but maybe something short of harassment and some things I thought might be obvious, weren't. They could have great technicians but they are so focused on the hard sell, you're left just feeling exploited. Even with making my feelings known right to their faces (anyone who answered the phone, both techniciabs they sent) about how I will gladly make sure I complain to at least 3 people for each time I had to listen to a sales pitch, so 21?....I still have six voicemails since wanting to "earn my business"? We got a couple of quotes to do some work, and then the tech came out to do the work. We discussed…read morethe changes to the scope, which was a large reduction in the scope of work. However, they want to charge the full price even though the larger scope was not completed. We we brought the discrepancy to their attention, the response was a threat of putting a lien. $900 for 3 hours of work is not a fair price. I am hoping Gina will understand that the entire scope was not done and come around to a more reasonable price. We will not ever use Mr. Rooter again. Unfortunately Gina has been very difficult to work with. The work was fine, and the tech was fine.
