Well after struggling (and I mean STRUGGLING) to get my previous plumber to actually show up and complete a job I got fed up and looked for someone else. I picked up a flyer from AAA Upstate Plumbing at the Southern Home & Garden Show so we called them. Not only did they come out within a few hours of my call - but they had the problem fixed and noticed a minor leak on the kitchen sink that I had noticed too but forgot to mention. They fixed that and then did a small extra job on another sink that I hadn't called about but while I had someone there I asked. Our half bath toilet flooded on a Thursday night, along with the master bath toilet and tub. We…read moretried to resolve the issue for ourselves on Friday with no success. Many plumbing services are closed over the weekend. We contacted ASAP Plumbing Services and the call was answered within a few rings. The plumber responded to our issue late Saturday afternoon (when most businesses would have been closed or gone home for the day). He assessed the issue and gave us a quote before beginning his work. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of the service. He used a camera into the pipes to show us the issue, and had everything resolved within just over an hour. He also gave us a quote for additional services that would help us to avoid the same issue in the future. And he is also having someone contact us for remediation.
