From the initial install (2 days scheduled) which was completed in one long hot day, by the most impressive, professional and courteous crew of four young men. They hit the ground running with the precision of a drill team tearing out the old, and installing the new duct work and unit and hauling off the old. I must mention the customer service. From the beginning, Jeff came out and measured out entire home to ensure we were getting the right sized unit and even upgraded the initial quoted unit at no additional cost to us. Unbelievable. Emily in CS is so professional and kept us informed through out the entire process. Duct cleaning was and even the dryer exhaust done. Then came Brock; the quality control, after install gentleman. He went through the entire system, made some adjustments and now have the quietest, and most efficient system. We could not be more pleased with a company and employees. I actually found them with a Google search and was initially impressed with their previous ratings and their being here since 1969!

Unfortunately, the unit is so old it uses a type of Freon that is no longer legal to use, so Lee told us he was going to make some calls to see if he could find a new through-the-wall unit we could consider purchasing as a replacement. After a few minutes, Lee informed us that a man named Chandler was on his way to our house to measure the old unit and talk to us. I found it a bit odd that Lee could not measure it and give us the information about a replacement unit himself, but he assured us that we would not be charged for Chandler's visit. When Chandler arrived, he and Lee went upstairs to look at the unit, and then they both went outside to Chandler's car where we assume they were sourcing a new unit for us. In the meantime, we were researching them online as well, and we could see that they run in the area of $800 to $1200. Chandler gave us a quote for $2700 for a new unit, which seems excessive. When we asked him how he arrived at that quote, when we could plainly see the units themselves are only around $1000, his vague answer was that there was labor and service and "they have to make a living." He never explained what the additional $1700 was actually for, but I felt as though I was at a car lot. The icing on the cake was when my husband walked out with Chandler as he was leaving, and he actually told my husband there was only "a few of those units available" as though we needed to hurry and make the purchase. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with this company. Even IF that actually was a reasonable price, their sales process was insulting.

Even though his schedule was packed, he found a way to fit me in within the week. Day of the appointment, he showed up right on time. Professionally dressed. Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill? Extremely reasonable -- honestly less than I expected for the quality of work. My only complaint is that I didn't call him sooner and spent months dealing with cold showers for no reason. Second time hiring Anthony across two different properties, and I'll keep calling him for anything plumbing-related. The guy earns repeat business the right way.
