Let's start off with the fact that unless you are looking for this place, you will most likely miss it. Pizza Stop is located in a heavily-industrial area, which helps it survive in my opinion. There aren't many other options near it, so the folks who work in that section of Secaucus most likely patron it for a quick and convenient bite. Service here is fast and courteous and prices are fair. Will the food knock your socks off? If I'm being honest, I don't believe it will. Will it serve a need for a decent and quick bite to eat when you're in a pinch and there isn't much else nearby? Sure. Is the food awful? No, it is not. This place is connected to the Burger stop with two different ordering locations and I'm not positive why it's two different businesses. Easier to have 2 kitchen and different supplies? Don't know. This place is super average and mostly benefits from being the only eating location for miles, and it's fine. It's fine if you happen to be nearby and need a quick lunch. It's really not anything more than that. It's not a place you want to come out of your way for, but if you happen to be in the area, it's not bad. There are parts of Secaucus that are food deserts.this is an oasis in that area. Does this place rock my taste buds ? no . But is very close to some businesses around that area . I order here for clients and there is zero complaints . Good reliable service ,the pizza and Italian fare is good , good seating and parking . Can't be a snob about this place. It's a lunch time hot spot .at lunch time the lines are long and you can wait a bit . So if you order a hot sandwich or Italian dishes call it in . Give yourself a 10 minute buffer. There are two businesses pizza stop and burger stop. They are made for the lunch crowd . The pizza stop is for Italian food and burger stop is for American food burgers , chicken . The food is not that bad . I had very good pizza and salads there. Sometimes you have to eat and if you are in secaucus and don't want to drive too far for better food , come here and you will be satisfied . Omg! A good hoagie shop in my new hood. Loved the freshness of the deli beats and veggies. The hoagie roll was so so. The place was packed st lunchtime so previous reviews stated therefore . Best pizza in Secaucus by far! Best garlic knots too. All the cold and hot heros have been excellent over the years. Pizza is the main dish here though...its always hot and fresh even when delivered. Sicilian is just another way to get your carbs in a tasty fashion. The exterior is rough, located in front of a swap of the Hackensack river, sometimes ever the smell can be nauseating. I promise you that once you enter you wont see or smell anything but PIZZA! Also, this place is located in the "9-5" area of Secaucus and I believe they close earlier because of that. Awesome prices, you can get and extra large pizza for $11. Don't skip on this place just because of the area. I can't say I'm a regular only because the location is in the middle of nowhere. But whenever I'm nearby, I will make a stop because the food is great. The pizza's come in different varieties, including Hawaian, and are authentic NY style. The specials change daily, but definately worth a try. I had a Cuban sandwich the other day, and although it was made with deli meats, it was delicious on a fresh toasted hogie. The garlic knots are a must, crispy and oily. All in all consistantly good and worth the drive. The pizzaria shares space with a truckstop cafe, so as not to confuse reviewers who might have gone there instead of Pizza Stop. The service is pretty bad. I have ordered the cold sandwiches several times and I always tell them "NO MAYO", but they always put Mayo on it. I come in for a quick slice of pizza and my order always seems to miraculously disappear, and I have to wait for them to heat up another one. How hard is it to get my order straight? The pizza isn't all that great. You're better off avoiding this place, especially around noon when ZT Systems employees show up, you'll be waiting a while just to place your order. read more

Commonly order food for clients, place is ALWAYS LATE, food is never ready for pickup or delivered on time. Called at 10:30am, order taker couldn't wait to get off the phone fast enough. Didn't know where the food was going to or ask how I was paying. I needed to call back. The food was to be delivered not half a mile away at 12pm sharp. I found this place probably the way everyone else finds it, by getting lost. I was pretty amazed with the quality of food here, pizza is fresh, has good flavor and is hot. My personal favorite item is the chicken roll, it is freshly made and comes with marinara sauce on the side. They usually sell out of these. They have the BEST eggplant rollatini I've ever tasted. Their garlic knots amazing. Their pizza is also delicious especially their white pizza and I love white pizza. If you have to eat here just get a slice. Don't bother with anything else, you will not be happy. The chicken cutlets are heated in the microwave and are rock hard and taste awful. The salads are made with iceberg lettuce and the veggies are not fresh. Just keep it simple. read more
