The whole process was easy to book with Anna. She's super friendly and talkative. Definitely will answer any questions for you. There is a deposit when booking with her that goes towards your appointment. Upon your appointment day, Anna starts off by mapping your eyebrows shape and color. Don't worry if it's been awhile since you've done your eyebrows because Anna will correct them for you. She then examines your eyebrow to make sure the mapping match. Anna provides numbing cream throughout the entire process. The whole process took about 1.5-2 hours with breaks in between if you needed it or discomfort. She said if after i still want it dark she can add but she confident I will like her technique. i did put it off for too long because anything near my eye is scary and associated with pain.
