I've been here a few times. I just went to see Swati again my last time. Gonna stick with her. She's really precise and gentle. The other gals don't listen to what I ask for. One did a good job, if you want thin eyebrows. The other completely left one eyebrow bigger than the other, even after I asked her to correct it. Swati's working on fixing it slowly because my left eyebrow is pretty thin now. :/ Prices are a little more than normal for threading but it's much closer to my home than my usual place in Artesia. read more

I read some good reviews on this shop so decided to give it a try. It was my first time at this eyebrow threading shop, the lady who was stationed on the first left did my eyebrows and lip did them in such a rush. I don't know if they move to different stations everyday but she didn't just rush but also left me bleeding on my eyebrows and lip. now I have several scars!! I am very disappointed. the lady knew she made me bleed, she couldn't even look me into the eyes when I paid. Honestly it's someone's skin and how could you not be patient and careful??? read more

Went just about an hour ago to get my eyebrows threaded, I was recommended by the lady at my local makeup store and she said they do a really good job threading! And she was right! Swati did an amazing job with my eyebrows! I have very thin eyebrows on the ends and she made sure to keep as much possible there with also still taking any extra off, it did not hurt at all! This place is cute, smells good, and the staff is nice. I go there for threading and they do a good job. There tends to be a long line on weekends though, so keep that in mind when going. I usually wait outside because the waiting area is really small. It also tends to be a bit warm inside. They should really turn on the AC. read more

The person I went to before has since left and now I mostly have Swati do my eyebrows, and Ratchana when Swati isn't there. They're both wonderful and do great jobs. My only gripe is the girl who runs the front desk a few days a week. She is constantly gossiping about the business in front of customers or telling customers stuff about the business that we don't need to really know. She's also super awkward and used to be overly pushy but she seems to have settled down a bit. When I go there, I just wanna get my eyebrows done- I don't care to hear about her personal life or the arguments happening between the girls or customers. Other than that, the other employees are great. They also have a facialist who's skin is pure perfection and she's very knowledgeable about skin products. I highly recommend this place, it's clean and the girls who thread are friendly and listen to your concerns. read more

I used to LOVE perfect brows. I'm sooo sad to leave this poor review! I've been coming here for years rachanna was my original brow lady & she always made my brows BOMB! She's gone, so I started going to Aysha. Ayshas days are all mixed up bc every time I come in they tell me something different. So I settled for someone else today, such a poor choice. My eyebrows are so thin I cried in the car. & I was very very specific in telling her to just clean and shape..... now it'll be a year before they grow back, if they do. Just heartbroken. read more

Unfortunately, my experience was bad. The employees do not get along. The front desk receptionist spoke negatively of an employee then conflicted with employees about the music. The music was actually too loud but the receptionist kept turning it back up. My skin burned and irritated for days, when she was finished. read more

Arti is my favorite but they all do a great job and are so nice. I recently tried the lash Lift with Jonna and loved that. She's has 20 years of experience and did such an amazing job. Amazing experience! I came with someone who had been seeing Rachana for many years and I understand why he's a repeat customer. She is very detail oriented. I've had my eyebrows threaded in the past and there was no measuring to make sure it looks even. Rachana threads, wipes with a tissue, measures, goes back and pick up any strays for an even look. They don't take appointments, which can be a huge hassle if you go when they are busy. Moderately priced threading, they do a good job. I have had my eyebrows tinted twice and both times have been vastly different in color and shape. The first time I loved it, the second I am less impressed and hoping it fades quickly! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Let me try and keep this as short as possible since I'm sure my attached picture speaks volumes as it is... So I schedule an appointment this past weekend at 12:00 pm. I arrive at 12:02 exactly and signed my name on the sign in sheet. Keep in mind, I was not greeted at any time when I walked in so I just assumed this was the correct protocol. I sat down, and waited for the 'receptionist' to call my name. After about 5 minutes of waiting she called my name and told me that it would just be a few minutes. As she's telling me this, another woman walks in and signs her name on the sign in sheet as well. She was also told the same thing -- that it would just be a few minute wait. Come to find out, we were booked with the same person for our services. Around 12:15 the woman we were booked with (didn't get her name) walks out of the back and proceeds to sit the woman down that came in after me to start her services. At this point, I ask when it will be my turn since I was told I was going to go first. The 'receptionist' then tells me the other woman's services would only take a few minutes and that she had an appointment too (at 11:45, making her late and me on time). The receptionist apologized for the inconvenience and said it would just be a few minutes longer. 12:30 rolls around -- thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment -- and I still had not been taken back for my wax. I asked again how much longer it would be and at that point the RECEPTIONIST takes me to the back and does my wax. Not sure if she's licensed to do so or what the case may be but my waxes were done incorrectly and EXTREMELY painful and irritating to my skin. I've been getting my body hair waxed for years now and have never experienced anything like this in my life. Then, to top it all off, I get home and realize I have patches of hair still on my legs with wax all embedded and stuck to it. So what did I have to do? Go to the store and buy wax removing pads This establishment was a joke from start to finish and I cannot believe I spent my hard earned money there PLUS more money to fix their mistakes that should of never occurred in the first place. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. read more

Aysha has done my eyebrows better than any artist ever has before. I have been to many different eyebrow artists in various locations across Southern California and no one has come close to what Aysha can do (including "celebrity" eyebrow artists in LA/Beverly Hills). I have super complicated eyebrows (cowlick at bottom of the arches, sparse on the outer edges) and Aysha is the only artist that has been able to make the flaws disappear while other artists tend to accentuate my "brow flaws". No eyebrow pencil needed and way more confidence thanks to Aysha's work. I would HIGHLY recommend Aysha, especially if you have complicated eyebrows like me. I live over an hour away from this location and make the trip just for Aysha. Perfect Brows - PLEASE do everything you can to keep Aysha. She is a true gem and an extremely skilled brow artist. :) read more

I stumbled upon this place after not being able to get an appointment at the Benefit brown bar. The experience was amazing. The studio is super cute and the chairs are comfy. It was my first time getting threaded and the girl helping me (forgot her name!!!) did such an a great job making me comfortable and my brows came out fabulous. I was in and out in 10 minutes without an appointment! Way less painful and irritating than wax. Also -- their brow dying/tinting is AMAZING. will be doing that again. :) read more

You need to be extremely specific with how you want your eyebrows done. I forgot to mention I just wanted a simple clean up, but ended up with way over threaded brows that I had spent months growing out. read more

Sadly this will be my last visit here. My favorite threader Swati has been gone for months and the other ladies pale in comparison. Their customer service skills are lacking, and the place looks totally run down now. Chipped paint on the walls, masking tape covering a hole in the ceiling and today they were eating lunch when I walked in and the whole salon smelled of their hot food.
