What's worse, is that the first technician that came refused to come back because he admitted to the other technician who came that he didn't want to return because he didn't want to pull the dishwasher out. When he did not show up, I called them office and was told he was in am accident. What's more, I was supposed to hear back on March 3, 2026 for additional communication on whether ot not they were going to replace yet another part or write the report for American Home Shield to cash me out. I had call them the next day and they tried to tell that the service order was closed but when I called American Home Shield, they said that that was not the case and that they would contact them to come back, wasting more of my time. I wouldn't let this company clean up my dog waste in my yard and in he future, will not let them into my home.
