For what? I about fell over and still tipped on top of that. If I was going to pay that price I'd expect to have way more fancy nails! Crazy! Again the job itself done well and the tech was great, but so overpriced in my opinion.

It's so pretty inside and it smells so fresh. The person at the desk is so nice and helpful and he made sure we were comfy in our pedi chairs and we had drinks and everything we needed. We got a pedicure for each of us and then got comfortable. I had a male and my husband had a female working on our pedicure. I didn't get their names. We are different because we like our water cool for our feet not warm. We had the Essential Pedicure and the Amber Pedicure. There are a lot of options. Afterwards, a manicure. When I made my appointment I wanted builder gel as I have had builder gel on my nails. Twenty minutes into my appointment, the front desk person came to my nail tech's station to ask how much longer as someone showed up wanting my nail tech to do her toe nail polish change. These interruptions continued every five minutes alternating between the receptionist and a female manager. If that wasn't bad enough, my one request was: don't make the builder gel too thick! Either due to the multiple interruptions or poor technique the builder gel was as least twice as thick of the builder gel she removed. Then in less than two weeks the gel was lifting. Finally every nail was a different length. The vibe is cramped and impersonal. Nail stations are so close together there is not enough room to put your bag on the floor between guests. It has to be in the seat behind you. Finally the brushes used to apply the builder gel are suspect. They don't appear cleaned between clients. I won't be back and do not recommend!!!

We arrived at 3:05 and waited for 40 minutes! When I brought this up during checkout, She again rudely replied "you were late!" Then I was told "the lady before you decided she wanted a design so we can't help that." She kept acting like it was our fault! I asked, "Do you ever apologize to the customer for the delay?" She said "not our fault! We didn't know lady before her would want a design!" so as a business there's no accountability for appointment time? She just kept saying not their fault. All she had to do was apologize. My daughter's friend did not have an appointment and was done an HOUR before my daughter. I just couldn't believe the person representing the business in the front with guests would act in such a way. They need training in customer service. But we'll never go back after that.

I especially have trepidation towards getting my sets removed by anyone other than my go to tech because usually my nails would just be ripped off in a hurry and I'd lose so much growth because of it. Unfortunately, my dip set was so grown out. Fortunately, as I was getting Indian take out, I found Emmy Nail Salon and went in for a set removal. I had no appointment but was seen right away. The service I received was amazing. My nail tech here was very kind, took his time, and even without me expressing that I wanted to preserve some (not all) growth, he just went above and beyond. My nails were preserved! I didn't come in for a manicure but he also gave me a coat of clear polish just to protect my nails which I've never experienced in any other nail salon whenever I just come in for a set removal. What an amazing experience. Thank you Emmy Nails!

You can really tell that she cares about the quality of her work and wants you to leave loving your nails. She even told me that if anything happened, I could come back and she would help fix it, which I really appreciated. I got my nails done right before my friend's wedding, so I was especially excited to have them turn out so beautifully. The French tips were perfect, the shape was exactly what I wanted, and the overall quality was amazing. My nails still look and feel great! I would absolutely recommend Cece to anyone looking for a talented nail tech who genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I'll definitely be coming back!

They were ready for all three of us right away, and we were able to sit together. The salon was clean, the chairs were comfortable, and the staff was very high energy and friendly. They offered us drinks, including wine. My SIL is a regular, and several of the staff chatted with her. Malika did my pedicure, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She's extremely sweet and lovely, but she also did an amazing job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax/trim. My toenails grow quickly, and need to be round and shaped well, or they will be painful and start becoming ingrown almost right away. I mentioned that to Malika, and she honestly took such great care with my pedicure. It's been almost two weeks and they still feel fantastic, which is not at all usual for me. I'd had a pedicure in my hometown just a few weeks prior, but they must not have done a great job, because Malika put in a lot of effort trimming my cuticles. I've tried several different salons in my hometown, and have not had nearly the positive experience that I've had with this pedicure. I was getting close to seeing a podiatrist to treat my ingrown nails, but at least for now, it's no longer necessary. I joke now that I just need to fly to Odessa to see Malika every once in a while. Malika helped me choose a gel color (an iridescent light pink/purple), and truly - my toes have never felt so good, and looked so cute before. I couldn't be more pleased! Malika also waxed and trimmed my eyebrows, and they've never looked better. I've been admiring my toes and eyebrows for the past two weeks, and getting compliments on them, so I definitely wanted to leave a glowing review. My SIL and niece are regulars and are equally pleased with their gel pedis. I felt that Malika worked quickly, but she did take some extra time with me, which I really appreciated. Now that she's got everything shaped up, if I were able to return regularly, I'm positive that it would take less time. I'm extremely sad that I don't live closer! I don't necessarily prefer a quick pedicure, but I know that many people do, and that is definitely a possibility here. When it came time for the bill, I found the pricing to be very competitive, and they have a lot of options for payment. There is a discount for using a method other than credit card. I highly recommend this salon. I had a wonderful experience here! Thanks especially to Malika!
